Honestly words will never be enough. These leather bags are outstanding. I’ve gotten the top kit and two of the big totes along with some sweats I’ve gotten the woven sweats as well as the regular jersey sweats the qualities is outstanding. It’s better than some of the most expensive luxury items I’ve had. I will definitely be buying more. Oh also I got the leopard Wilson sneakers, and I am blown away at the comfort of these things. I wish I could buy all of the shoes.

Do not use! They’ve taken £158 from me and are not refunding. It’s a joke of a brand, they’ve now said they won’t be speaking to me anymore on email about the matter. Avoid at all costs!

Great as usual, item came super fast and again amazing quality and fitting of the item. Exactly what I expected to what I brought.

Made multiple orders now. Products are always high quality and match the size guide on the website. Fast despatch and on the rare occasion I've had to return items the refund process is always fast and painless. An example of how online shopping should be.

The product quality is excellent. Although there was a slight delay with delivery, I was kept well informed about what was happening and when to expect it. I’m very happy with my purchase and hopefully the shoes I want to buy will get a restock so I can make my next purchase :)

If and when you have a query they won’t reply. Love their clothing but they wouldn’t authorise my purchase even though they took my money. I was a loyal customer but I won’t be any more. Bad customer service.

A brand that I’ve been buying from for years. Product is incredible, customer service is excellent. Never disappointed.

I wasn’t originally planning on leaving a review, but after receiving an email thanking me for “supporting Cole Buxton” and inviting me to share my experience, I felt it was only fair to provide honest feedback.

I recently purchased a hoodie and was genuinely excited to receive it.

Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it had a very strong and unpleasant odour straight out of the packaging. This wasn’t a subtle “new clothes” smell; it was immediately noticeable and significant enough that I would not have felt comfortable wearing the hoodie without first airing it out or washing it. Note- the odour was still strong for after airing for 3 days.

I contacted customer services to raise my concerns. The response I received was that the smell was likely due to the manufacturing, dyeing, or packaging process and was not considered a fault. Whilst I appreciate the explanation, I was disappointed that there was little acknowledgement of the impact this had on the customer experience, particularly given the price point.

The only solution offered was for me to return the item at my own expense. I was also advised that the odour would likely dissipate if the garment was aired out or washed. However, washing the hoodie would require removing the tags and effectively committing to keeping it. If the smell remained after washing, I would no longer be able to return the item. This left me in the position of either paying to return a product that arrived in a condition I was unhappy with or accepting the risk myself.

What disappointed me most was not necessarily the smell itself, but the handling of the complaint. At no point was any alternative solution offered, despite the fact that this is a £170 hoodie from a brand that positions itself at the premium end of the market.

The hoodie itself may well be of good quality, but premium pricing should come with a premium customer experience. For a company charging £170 for a hoodie, I expected better quality control, better customer service, or at the very least a willingness to take ownership of a poor customer experience. Unfortunately, I received none of the three.

Ordered Cole Buxton T-shirt and as usual absolutely top notch delivery was quick and the quality is 5⭐️

I contacted CB to make sure that I was going to choose the correct size on this item. I was reassured that as my size on sweat-shorts was M the items in question were the same. The item arrive , truly well presented , BUT the shorts were way to small in waist, the cotton material way too thin. Just an ordinary pair of shorts. On top of this, not an easy European return set up from CB.
As many other new brands, way too much emphasis on attitude, and marketing but not enough on product quality and costumer service.
Maybe a great clothing brand for sales within the UK.
