One of my items was defective (Reaper) only one eye worked so I am waiting on my refund. I have purchased a lot of items over the years and this is the first problem I have had so I guess I was pretty lucky. I love the prices and the service you provide, this is a great company.

I've been doing business with collections etc for years used to love them but my last order was all messed up they forgot to send an item one item was on backorder I canceled it but they shipped it anyway without telling me and they charged me $23 for shipping which they advertise free shipping with 2 items ordered not true i won't be ordering from them anymore be careful what you order because you can't cancel anything they always tell you your order has already been processed
