First time I have had an order screwed up but I don’t want ur catalog any more I was signed up to ur premier program not to my knowledge. This really made me made. It becomes a trick game. No games for me. U use to b a company u could trust.

My Uncle ordered some coffee from this company and we’ve never had such horrible tasting coffee in our lives!! All 3 bags were different flavors and they all sucked. When we contacted the company about this they were adamant that we return the open/used product. I literally dug through the trash to get them. They sent us a return label but never mentioned charging us for it. I called and spoke with a representative once we saw the refunded amount wasn’t accurate and they said they couldn’t help me. We will never order from this company again!!

The website states very clearly FREE SHIPPING. But when placing order, they add on a (SHIPPING) SURCHARGE, which basically is a shipping fee! Called to ask them to remove this charge, and they refused. Won't order here again. False advertising. And customer service is overseas, in the Philippines. That says it all!

Prices are always changed after I've placed my order. I won't order from you again.

Not satisfied with the shipping from the surcharge to the actual processing. Poorly packaged and handled. Miracle that the item arrived in one piece. Absolutely not worth the costs.

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY READ FROM A SCRIPT AND I CAN'T SEEM TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED $200 PLUS. I AM CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN THE STATE AS WELL AS THE FTC. THEY READ FROM A SCRIPT...BUYER BEWARE..I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH

The Great experience for me was this Company had what I've been looking for, for a long time, i was easy to place my order and keep track of the tracking number to see the status of my order, my order arrived on time as expected. I definitely will order again from this Company and order other items I've seen. Very Good Experience.
