Short delay because of a stock issue. Day after order I was notified of delay. They threw in a little tidbit and I received item a day before they told me that I would. Reliable. Communicative. Honest. Good business people.

It was easy to pick them from the list after googling, I just don't remember why. In first contact I sent an email and they responded within a day. I followed up with another email and I didn't hear back for several days so decided to call.
The call cleared everything up, the CS person was good and the transaction was simple.
The shipping and delivery was quick and I was really glad to get the refills.

Colorado Pen did a great job on my first order, except in one small detail. All I ordered were ballpoint pen refills -- Parker and Waterman. I received the Parker refills and was informed that the Waterman refills would ship when they came in. I would have thought that Waterman refills were not that hard to keep in inventory? Still, I have no doubt they will appear soon. Other than that, I have no problems and plan to order from Colorado Pan again soon.

I purchased BP refills. Using one now and it's fine. Delivery was quick and the packaging was good. Hard to rate a company on this type of transaction, but I'm aware of their reputation and I trust them.

Excellent! Service selection

I was able to easily find the supplies that I needed for my Pen/Pencil. In addition, the website gave me alternate choices with the same specs as original supplies. Selection and checkout process was easy to navigate.

I was given several beautiful ballpoint pens. They had a Light on one end and a Screen Tip on the other, but no name!! The on;y problem was a short supply of ink. I found Colorado Pen while doing a web search.
Using the Colorado web site and their specifications for their pens, I was able to match their, possible refill with the one I had.
Received the refills in just a few days of ordering them. Inserted them into my two empty pens.
They were a perfect fit and the ink flowed.
The ballpoints had no name on them, but using their fine website, measuring my initial ballpoint, then matching it closely with one in their stock, worked like a charm.

I ordered sensa pen REFILLS that we’re supposed to be delivered Monday and I still do not have them. This company needs to use a more reliable delivery service other than USPS!

Service was great for the ink cartridges but when I opened the package one of the cartridges was bent. Poor packaging. All else was fine
