This was my first purchase from Colorado Pen, and I was completely satisfied with the transaction, price, shipping time and packaging. The Waterman pen refills were exactly what I was looking for, particularly as these refills are not always easy to find elsewhere. I can highly recommend Colorado Pen to my friends and anyone else.

It was easy to order and the order arrived in satisfactory time

Cost of pen refill, $6, was just too high, and was not very high quality, as I learned in using it. Then cost of mailing one refill, $3, was unreasonable. Later I found refill for "legal - lawyer" grade refill that fit my custom made pen given to me on Fathers Day many years ago for $12.50 for 12 with free shipping, which worked much better. Will just chalk this up as learning experience, with lesson being if I don't find what I am looking for, just keep looking!

I found an excellent selection of writing implements and refills. The service is very quick, the engraving is very attractive. The customer service was very helpful when I needed help on an order, thanks to Alex. I will be ordering more items in the future, thanks to all the employees at Colorado Pens.

I like Colorado Pen, as a rule, very much. They offer a wide selection of fountain pens and inks, and they also ship very quickly--often the same day as the purchase is made. They regularly offer specials, and their prices are mostly in line with other pen retailers.

A couple things, though, bother me a little bit. For some reason, there are ZERO customer reviews appearing on their site. I've posted a couple myself, and they just never show up. I, for one, rely heavily on fellow fountain pen enthusiasts' reviews when making a purchase.

I guess that's all--they're pretty good overall. I will buy from them again.

I received the dog rescue pen as a gift for Christmas and loved it. Loved the quality of the pent and the way it feels when using it. Just purchased another dog and the cat version for two friends birthday gifts. Easy to order and they came in just a few days. Am loving using my pen and will love giving these two as gifts.

Have been helpful with the purchase of two new pens, one in stock and the other, sadly, back ordered by the manufacturer. Hopefully that back-order will be short lived and all will be well again.
