Worst internet 🛜 ever..! It goes down often and the internet is really unstable and we live in the middle of Helsingborg Kadettgatan..

I have never dealt with a more lousy company in my life.
-their services don't work and if they do its temporary
-waiting in line to come into contact with them is a slow and frustrating experience
-since this area somehow belongs to them we cannot change companies and they know it. So they simply don't give a damn

The speed of internet is slower then what i pay for.
It took me 1:45min waiting for an answer to brake the kontrakt with them.
Choose another provider, if possible
Useless technical support
My internet connection broke down in October. Now I've had no broadband (no wifi, no TV, no music etc) since 10 weeks and still no solution in sight. ComHem claims the connection to the base station is faulty somewhere in my house and they have no access to the elevator shaft - where all the cables are running.
Last update from their Customer Support agent advised me to cancel the contract and return the TiVo-box as they could not give me a date when they can fix the problem.
Stay away!
Get what you pay for
Well,
In my area I'm forced to use ComHem unless I pay a lot of money to dig up the cables from the ground and put something else down there. The network works just fine but the TV-related stuff is horrifying. A TiVo Box? Really? Why can't I just have the few HD-channels I want without paying for an entire stupid and ugly box in my house? Fix your TV and I might post a new review but right now, this is just stupid!
Try not envolved with them
very easy to start with them but later it will be such a hell to get a proper customer service. So regid and unflexible toward customers and charge too much for their low quality service. wish never tried them !
