We contacted BES to renew two of our contracts we have with them and to add another. They were very efficient and within a couple of hours everything was done and dusted, also the transfer of electric account was at a lot more competative pricing than our previous supplier. Very happy with the service provided.

Having received so many calls from ultility companies I find it hard to trust or deal with anyone at the moment.
I have been assured by Nathan that they are BES Utilities and he has helped me through the pricing etc..
If they arent I shall cancel my direct debit through false information, so fingers crossed!

Brandon gives the best customer service as well as best solution to each query. He is kind and polite to his customers and all the time ready to help. I can say, BES has the best customer adviser like Brandon.
