The gentleman that I dealt with today…

The gentleman that I dealt with today was very professional,polite,assertive,new his job and was most helpful with information.
I have been a customer with BES for 5 years and not going to lie but past experiences was giving me doubts as to remain with this company as previous employees(mainly foreign)were so rude,did not care for the customer and frequently cut you of of the telephone during conversation after waiting almost an hour to get through,but Nathan,who I spoke to today has been the best advisor I have came across in 5 years and I hope BES have learned this lesson and upped their game as the way customers were treated previously was utterly disgusting especially when they are dealing with business owners but I honestly could not fault Nathan in any aspect today that it was a pleasure so thank you,

Gerald was very helpful

Gerald was very helpful, very fast and effective, I'm happy we could finish the cycle of moving in our new studio. He is an amazing person, BES can be very happy to have him on board.
