To be honest I haven’t had need to use either item yet, I wish they gave you more time to live with something before requesting feedback. Having said that they seem well made and able for the job. Very quick delivery and nicely packaged.

I placed my order with you on Wednesday 15th July,after that I was told it would be 3\5 days for delivery, on Thursday 16th july I want to work and on my return at 4.15pm found a Large box out side of my house, no message to say when it was delivery. So I brought it in opened it up unpacked it very carefully put any things on to it like the seat and other things.Read the instructions and put it on to charge it said 8/12 hours, in the morning I got up read the instructions again before starting it up but there was no power. Tried an other socket but no luck.The green light was on before I even plugged it in to the socket.The scooter is brilliant I love it but without power I am unable to use it. I have sent you an email about this matter but have not received a reply yet. Please can you help me with this matter so that I can use it please, you're service is really great and I would but from you again, but right now I need this matter dealt with.Thank you.

Gliders to fit a 25mm walking frame
I asked if gliders for my wife 25mm was frame was in stock and told yes. Several other shops including their Sister company CareCo clearly showed they were not in stock. After ordering there was a delay in saying they were going out to me. So I contacted them again. Then finding out they get their stock from the same warehouse as CareCo. When they finally arrived at 5pm on Friday a week after ordering they were the wrong fit at 28mm for the 25mm size I ordered. I had a physio coming on the Sunday to aid my wife in walking so was desperate for the right ones to arrive. i had to jam card around the edges for them to work.
The Shop closed at 5pm for the weekend. So I spoke to CareCo who closed at 6pm. I did get an apology from CareCo on the Care Shops behalf. Who then changed their description on both sites from fitting 25mm to expanding to 28mm to say fits 28mm only.
