+Came Boxed up with an extra large box to allow for extra protective packaging Inside the machine and outside.

+ A Trust worthy company i paid £1700 upfront and they delivered more than expected. Got a wee upgrade to windows pro when windows home was ordered.

- Tracking and order system on the website is not working correctly and if you've paid upfront like I did you maybe left in the dark feeling anxious of what's going on until your fedex tracking show your items been picked up. needs to improve on communication.

I had a custom PC made.
I paid for the Windows10 installation. What a nightmare, the configuration for Windows 10 was done incorrectly it's affecting the Bluetooth, which if installed and checked would have highlighted the issue. And all my third party software downloads has been a nightmare as the permissions and configuration is all tumpsy turvey.

If you're using these guys know what you're talking about cause they don't seem to get the basics right. They push back on issues that are clearly faulty. This has been a nightmare experience for me with a dream build machine.

Be warned about getting an expensive machine with faulty construction and configuration is highly likely.

I got my nvidia 3080 PC after 2 weeks so I am very pleased. Chris was very helpful when I called and my computer arrived looking really well built.

We ordered at 1pm on Black Friday and paid for Saturday delivery and It was delivered at 8AM the next day. Fastest shipping we have ever seen. Computer looks great.

Our computer arrived 2 days sooner than we expected so with everything happening right now we were impressed. Unboxed and everything looks good.

Great service and speedy delivery. So far no issues with the pc and it works great!

I received my new pc in good working order and on time.
I would recommend computer planet to anyone who wants to build them selves a gaming rig but don't have the experience/ courage to dive in at the deep end.
It was a simple process to start with a pc and just add/ upgrade the parts you want included and it is sent out to you with all the packaging and paperwork which is especially useful as you get the motherboard paperwork so you are able to start upgrading at your own pace on an already built and tested pc.
I have since built myself another gaming pc from scratch but it was building on my computer planet pc that gave me the confidence to do this.

Everything exactly as promised. I did wonder about “next day” but that’s exactly when delivery was. Really simple selection and buying process - if you don’t want to get into motherboards, socket types, memory types and speeds etc. this is for you

The computer came a day later than it said but this was during lockdown and peak corona times, so it was no problem. The PC has been fantastic and has been working as it should great price and build quality was top tier. would recommend for anyone looking for a prebuilt PC

I ordered a gaming pc with quite a high mark up, just for the assembly. Paid an extra fee for Saturday delivery (ordered on the Friday). Was upset when I didn’t receive the PC the next day, also emailed them and had no response so I had to open a case with computerplanet, because NextDayPC wasn’t responding to emails. They told me I would receive my PC within 3-5 days, but I never received my PC until 3 weeks later. Was told I’d receive a refund on my delivery fee, also never received that either.
I’ve now had the PC for a few months and it’s great, no problem with the actual machinery (only reason I’m giving 3* instead of 1*).

I also had an email earlier asking to review 5* for a free gift, which I find highly unethical.

There were a few issues but they helped me resolve them :)
