The next day PC didnt actually deliver…
INCENTIVISED REVIEWS
The next day PC didnt actually deliver my pc on the next day or even the day after or the one after that. This was even when i confirmed with the customer care that it will delevered on the promised date, but it was still quick enough that I dont think its a big complain.
Another feedback is when I pay 200 pounds over a markup just for PC assembly than i expect good wire management but sadly it was not the case, still it does not affect the performance so i am fine with this as well.
The only reason I am mentioning these things is because I received a mail from the company to provide a 5 star review in exchange for a free gift which is believe to be unethical, especially in the time where reviews actually drive the customer choice of purchase. For example the issues I had with my order might not be a big deal for me but can be a huge issue for someone else and the reviews should reflect that its a possibility.
p.s. The 4 star review is mostly due to incetivised review and not the product/customer service itself

Didn't work. Sent it back. Helpline number was some bloke in his house. I could hear kids in the back ground.
Overall very disappointing and that's being kind.

Unfortunately, S O'Neil did not respond to Find Reviewer request within the 3 day response period. We are not aware if this is a customer of ours. To confirm that we do not have kids or any background noise at our call center. During March/April 2020 during Covid for a 3 week period calls were being handled at staff home locations. During 2019 for 4 days we passed over flow calls to a call handling company which we no longer do. All sales, customer care and tech support is done at our offices by full time staff.

Great Customer Service
My computer received as expected but there was an issue with the front of the case that must have been damaged during transit. One quick call to Computer Planet and another front case cover was sent to me immediately without without any fuss. They did offer to take it back and exchange but I was more than happy changing the cover myself. This treatment gives me confidence that if anything else should happen it'll be dealt with quickly and professionally.

Great PC & great aftersales
Bought a PC over a year ago for running Occus Rift for my business, they had the best spec for the money. The silent case is great as customers use the headset to visualise their new bathrooms and there is no noise or flashing lights. Had a problem when first purchased but the tech guy was very knowledgeable and sort it out promptly.
