Recently purchased a mid/high spec custom gaming PC with computer planet.

Their online PC builder was the quickest and easiest to use that I could find (looked into multiple providers before deciding to go with computer planet). It provided all the information I needed to compare different specs/prices. Pricing was very reasonable.

Order updates were provided and it was actually delivered within 5 working days. Plenty of packaging in the box, initial build looks good, cabling looks good, everything came as expected. PC was plugged in and running within about 5-10 minutes of arrival.

2 days in and PC has been running well, very happy customer! 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent customer service. I don't understand some of the negative reviews seen here. All I can say that over the last several years, Computer Planet has serviced my business computers and corrected numerous problems. I have not run into any situation that had them stumped and could not resolve. Highly recommend this company.

I'd like to start by saying, any negative review left between late March and May, remember we were in the middle of a global pandemic and still are. So some leniency has to be given to businesses delivering products.

The service i received was second to none. My order was completed and delivered ahead of schedule, a few hiccups along the way which was my fault (case too small), Computer Planet were quick to email me to sort the problem.
They were in contact throughout and was available when I wanted to speak with them through their live chat and ticket process.
I tried ringing a few times with no luck but other options were there so it was no big deal.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a high spec PC

I had seen mixed reviews about Computer planet, but with the majority of them being good, i decided to go for it and I purchased their monthly gaming computer, deal.

It had a build time of 9 days. It was plugged in and playing games in my house in just 4!

Build quality is exceptional. Cables are all routed nicely and cleanly, covered, hidden, cable tied and all in a very aesthetically pleasing manner. All the screws are neatly done and not over tightened, nothing is bent or forced and the overall finish is exeptional. Even in places you can’t see, like behind the back cover, they have taken the time to ensure you’re receiving a top quality product. Nothing is just "rammed in" because they think you wont see it, they have done it all properly and professionally. I would like to add that the glass panel on the side of my case, didn’t have a single finger print, mark or sign that it had ever been touched. A truly professional job!

Delivery and packaging was another point where Computer planet excels. You couldn’t add more protection unless it came delivered in a tank. Superb service from Fedex too!

Their customer service team is truly phenomenal! I emailed a question at 6pm on a Sunday evening expecting a reply on Monday, but at 7pm the same day, I had a reply. 7pm, on a Sunday! Where else would you get that kind of service?!? Their staff are super friendly and explain things in an easy to understand and non-condescending way. You really feel that YOU are their top priority when you speak to them and they can’t do enough to help you.

I would order from Computer Planet again with no hesitation and I would recommend them to anyone, whether you’re a computer expert or a computer novice.

Customer service with Computer Planet is appalling. I purchased a faulty product from them and it was never resolved to my satisfaction.

I am also a customer of theirs with their other company VZones.com and I would suggest avoiding both. They both use the same ticket system for customer service and requests for assistance go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks.

A request for help on their forum went unanswered for six months.It is almost impossible to get a quick and clear response from this company.

I would recommend looking elsewhere for your new gaming computer and save yourself the headache you will get when trying to deal with these people.

Ordered a PC on 2nd June. Tried to find out more information about my order on the 3rd June, live chat had me waiting 35 minutes before I gave up. I tried ringing them at the same time and gave up after 10 minutes. Customer support here is none existent.

EDIT : after posting this review, within an hour I had several emails and replies to me asking for a refund which "will be within 48 hours". So for anyone else, leaving a "bad" review gets a quicker response than physically trying to contact their customer service.

Our computer arrived very quickly. It was an easy process from selecting to setting up the computer. Good company.
