Computer Planet 

This is our second computer from Computer Planet. As before, it was very easy to specify the PC and reassuring to know before ordering that all the parts would work together. The team kept us up to date with progress and the computer arrived sooner than expected. Everything worked out of the box and we are very happy.

I have ordered 3 PCs from Computer Planet - all have met or exceeded the spec advertised. A couple of issues I had were resolved almost immediately (and these were Windows 10 issues that were not of their making). I note that someone had communication issues with them - I simply used their Live Chat facility which picked up on the spot. Good, honest and affordable packages with a huge range of upgrades at time of ordering. Fine and dandy all round!

I ordered a PC from nextdaypc (Computer Planet) the Packaging was great, the PC was great as well, everything was as described, it has arrived a bit late :( but I honestly I loved the way they packed it,
Guys you need to do something about Communication, honestly very POOR communication, I don't think I will order from you again because of this, I called 5 times, spent at least 17 minutes waiting to hear someone to ask about my late order but have no luck, you didn't even send me a conformation mail, no invoice, I feel only one person work there, he is great building PCs, but too busy to answer the phone or communicate even for £2,485.00 order,
I am happy with the PC, the Price, the Packaging, everything was clean and tidy, please listen to your customers, they all talking about POOR communication.

This is my second gaming computer i have had built by computer planet .It is very easy and quick process building one ,lots of options to choose from
.Been 8 months since i bought this one ,it is very fast and quiet , had a few problems to do with drivers at the start, but the team were very quick to respond to my e mails with advice

I've had great service from these guys. My computer arrived 3 days early and it arrived with no problems. Working & looking great.

I paid over £2000 on a computer and waited 2 months for delivery. When it arrived, I was pleasently surprised and impressed with the components. However, after a month one of the components began to make a very loud sound. I contacted customer service multiple times and only ever recieved one reply, stating to do what I had described on my ticket again, to no result. Very poor customer service and as it appears, no quality assurance either.

I have just spent over two thousand pounds on a computer with Computer Planet. It was supposed to arrive in nine days but took twenty.

When it arrived, one of the key components was missing. I tried to contact Computer Planet by Live Chat but was told by the system that I had not properly filled out all the required fields (I had) so it could not take my message. I then tried to email the company but received no reply. Additionally, through the day, I tried to phone the company six times and, each time, I was put on hold for ten minutes and then automatically cut off.

This is very poor service.

Very Poor Customer Service - Got a new PC that was faulty. Telephoned for help, spent 15 minutes waiting on the phone for them to answer. At this point I tried to contact them on Live Chat (Its quicker!) to be told I'm Number 1 in the queue but I'll still have to wait 18 minutes (how does the site know that the case they are dealing with is going to take ANOTHER 18 minutes?).
After 20 minutes holding on the phone it tells me its got high call volume and cuts me off! I'm still waiting online (its been over 20 minutes now and still no change in the 18 minutes guess.

My order was for a quite basic everyday workhorse machine.The order went smoothly from start to finish. It was delivered earlier then expected, exceptionally well packaged and worked fine without any problems. The build was very tidy and clearly done by someone with pride in their wiring neatness. So I'm happy on all counts.

They were very helpful when calling the computer planet team after speaking with David in customer services he helped me pick the right spec and then i ordered online.The machine arrived in 8 days and was better than i expected. The photos of the polaris case do not do it justice. Overall it's been a great service with no problems.

Excellent service from start to finish. The system for selecting components for the custom build was easy to use and made sure components all worked together, the price was very competitive and the turnaround quicker than I had expected. The computer itself is excellent and checking inside the case it was very tidy and efficient build with cables all neatly hidden away.

Overall I've been exceptionally impressed with Computer Planet. Their website made it very easy for me to design a custom-built computer and make sure all the components would work together. Once ordered they kept me up to speed with the build and testing processes and posting. The item itself was very securely packed and worked like a charm when it arrived. Over the years I've had a lot of computers and built a fair few myself, but the ease of using these guys meant I didn't have to sweat it at all.

What's more, their prices are very competitive too.

Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a custom PC.

When I was planning to buy a customized desktop, I looked at many companies, and narrowed it down to those that offered the best deal without compromising quality and honest advice: Computer Planet and another company that was slightly cheaper. However, I found out that, while the latter had good reviews from customers, staff working in it were treated very badly. Also, negative feedback from employees seemed to be suspiciously ‘balanced’ by a number of positive comments that appeared within a very narrow period. I therefore decided to purchase at Compute Planet which, to my knowledge did not have these problems.

Now to the actual process. I found the customizing web pages clear and very helpful, especially the compatibility checks between components. After the computer was purchased, the information on progress was available. Not much information was updated during the building process so I wrote to the sales team, and I was pleased that their response was quick and very helpful. I got an updated delivery date and indeed the computer arrived exactly when I was told.

The packaging was thoroughly professional, neatly packaged and tightly protecting all the equipment. I was pleased to see that all the unused components (e.g. from the motherboard) were also delivered with the computer. Most important, although I did not purchase a windows license from Computer Planet, all The drivers were installed using a temporary windows installation: all I needed to do is register the license I already had.

I waited a few weeks to be able to provide more informed feedback concerning the performance of the computer, and indeed, everything is working perfectly. I also contacted the support team with a query for advice a couple of days ago and the response was very quick and helpful.

My full thanks to all the team in Computer Planet for the excellent experience from configuration to enjoying the computer.

A great service, good communication and a simple to use website that enables you to build your ideal PC.

Really happy with the service and the PC received from Computer Planet. They offer detail information and explanation with every question I had. The customer service was also very good, which I can not say for many of the High Street branches. I was searching for my next PC and so glad I found your website. I compared other PC building companies but you came out on top.

The price was also amazing, I compared it to the big High Street names and it could not even compare to Computer Planet, offering better specifications and price in every components.

There was some miscommunications but it happened when I asked so much questions as I was worried about small issues. Computer Planet was considerate and reassured me everything was fine.

I don't agree with one of the review where the customer offer only 1 star for the delivery when this process is out of Computer Planets hand, but then say it was an amazing PC build.

I also experience some problems with the courier and Computer Planet chased them down to located where the package was. So I experience the same but do not agree with the 1 Star rating due to courier issues.
Customer will worry not seeing a brick and mortar of a business on the high street, but we should be patient and allow the them to do their job, yes I was that customer and Computer Planet reassured me to believe in them.

NextdayPC is part of computer planet. They say:

"For UK mainland all orders are delivered next working day if you order before 3PM"

I ordered the PC on a Wednesday around 9:00am. Arranged with my work to be at home so I could receive the PC on the Thursday.

It never arrived. When I contacted them (and this was a few times over the next 2 days) I got a round around and a number of misleading excuses between them and FedEx.

Ended up getting it the following Monday but was a big issue for me to arrange to be there since I had to be at work

Bottom line: Terrible communication from both NextdayPC and Fedex and also the service they employ using Fedex is a service that Fedex says is a 2 day delivery time not one day as NextdayPC promise

Highly disappointed.

That been said. PC arrived in good working order and was very neatly put together.

I ordered my built to order machine in Jan 2018. In May 2018 it had to go back as it failed to boot. They couldn't find what was wrong, but reinstalled the OS and it came back working.
Now in March 2019, the same thing happened. I started dealing with the online support, but once we got to the point of me needing to reinstall windows, I decided to get local repair company to do it.
They have fixed it but found several issues.
The original installation of the OS was spread over all the 3 drives
The cabling was untidy and the connectors were intermittently catching on the fan.
Instead of the 2x 16GB of RAM I ordered, they had installed it as 4 x 8GB leaving no empty slots, which will make it more expensive for me, when I come to upgrade.
It just feels like they are cutting corners and doing things on the cheap.

Looking for a computer that didn't cost the earth that I could customise to meet my needs. The website is excellent allowing you to explore the components, identify what you need and making sure everything is compatible. Ordering was easy once parts selected and communications by email are simple clear and keep you informed of progress. Packaging is amazing- the size of the box made me wondered what I had ordered, but this was the outer box filled with protective packaging around the box containing the computer- equally well wrapped up! Build quality outstanding and easy to set up once unpacked. You are all stars!!
