I bought 3 items and 2 of them are really hopeless: the first one is Original Apple 1m cable, which I received it in normal plastic bag and not the package that Apple product normally have, the cable does not work properly, and It gets connected and disconnected constantly. I tried it with 3 different phones and also computers, result was the same. The second one is a Credit card holder with visible front pocket, the color on the website is honey brown and I received it in really orange color and it doesn't look leather. the third one is perfume and I like it, but I’m so disappointed of the first and second product, that I’ll never shop here again.

Vi skal selvfølgelig indledningsvis beklage, hvis de tilsendte varer ikke har levet op til dine forventninger, men må indrømme, at vi ikke helt forstår din utilfredshed.
Vi er bl.a. lidt usikre på, hvad du helt konkret ligger i udtrykket "fake" Vi opfatter det sådan, at hvis noget er "fake", menes der, at det er uægte.
Vi kan forsikre dig om, at dit kabel ikke er fake. Der er som beskrevet på hjemmesiden tale om et originalt opladerkabel.
Du skriver at det tilsendte Originale Apple opladerkabel er fake med den begrundelse, at det ikke oplader din telefon, når du tilslutter den til din computer.
Men du skriver samtidig, at kablet virker fint sammen med din vægoplader. Det tyder i vores optik på, at der ikke er fejl ved kablet, men at der derimod kunne være en defekt i USB-udgangen i din computer.
Har du eventuelt prøvet at oplade med kablet fra en anden computer/laptop?
Hvad angår læderetuiet forstår vi heller ikke, hvad du mener med, at det skulle være fremstillet i "fake læder"
Etuiet er som beskrevet udført i ægte læder. Som bekendt kommer læder i mange kvaliteter, og vi skal selvfølgelig ikke kunne sige, om læderkvaliteten for dette etui lever op til dine forventninger. Men at der er tale om ægte læder, er uomtvisteligt.
Vi skal beklage, at du i forbindelse med din utilfredshed ikke har kontaktet os direkte. Havde du gjort det - altså fulgt vores normale reklamationsprocedure - ville vi naturligvis have refunderet dine penge, hvis varerne ikke lever op til dine forventninger - eller have sendt dig nye varer, hvis de først tilsendte skulle være fejlbehæftede.
Vores reklamationsprocedure står tydeligt beskrevet på vores hjemmeside, og vores kundeservice vil altid gøre deres yderste for at imødekomme enhver rimelig reklamation.
