I Still waiting for my 3 airplane…

I Still waiting for my 3 airplane models,each costed me $150 ,total $450 My American friend bought for me at a Doha , Qatar ,
Store and the store sent me in their regular mail they are used to send to the whole World , even after i told them to send by UPS , is the Third time i have my shipping orders vanished at the Correios of Brazil , all of them they let me get really tired and exhausted,there's no way for them to do any kind of compensation,my advise is Don't send anything to Brazil using Correios , otherwise you will have your shipping be disappear and you won't receive any compensation from them ,try UPS or Fedex , even though they cost you more ,at least you will receive them

They will steal your package for…

They will steal your package for whatever reason they can make up. Is it electronics? Illegal item battery, can't send back because batteries aren't allowed to be sent back.

Did it have a battery? No. They will bullshit a reason and steal it.

Sent my package through Postnord, even they are baffled.

I live in Balneario Camboriu

I live in Balneario Camboriu, Santa Catarina and there have been no normal postal deliveries in the street where I live, and many others this year. Correios tell me they are only delovering Sedex and registered post items.
I have been waiting for some important documents and magazines to arrive from Europe, and even went to the sorting office myself to collect items for everybody in the apartment block about 4 weeks ago.
Brasil is a member of the UPU and they are breaking all the rules that you have to be a member.
I have written to the state manager of Correios and the government Minister in Brasilia, but of course no reply.

This is a terrible and unacceptable situation.

Untrustworthy and dishonest company

I am Brazilian living in Tasmania, tried to send a package to family in Sao Paulo in December 2023. Christmas presents, lots of love, time and money put into it. Paid $95 for delivery fee, filled all the information correctly. Package arrived in Sao Paulo after 6 days (thanks to outstanding job from AusPost), but it remained in the Correios in SP for months due to “insufficient information”. According to them, my email was “missing”. Which is a completely lie. It was not. It was written big and clear with all the info requested and provided. My sister reached out to provide any missing information and find out what was going on. On the phone and in person. After days trying to get a proper response and retrieve the package, the Correios gave no explanation and said the package had been sent back. Package arrived back to me three months later (today). There is a sticker from the Correios in it named “Retourn” (yes, it’s misspelled). The reason ticked by them is “unclaimed package”. What a bunch of crap. Absolutely appalled by the Correios. Awful ‘service’, what a disgrace.

Too stupid to deliver?

So bad! Everytime I send to Brazil, correios mess it up! No notification, no delivery! Right now a package RM435083386DE already 7 weeks, now sent back from Manaus to Sao paulo!!! Why? Ate they too stupid to deliver??

DNA Kit - Brazilian Postoffice cannot read English

Regarding the delivery of the object LG7035934XXGB, from the United Kingdom, I suggest that you hire competent people to analyze and inspect the objects, before making ridiculous decisions not to let in a simple plastic kit, not containing any biological products, a kit with absolutely nothing inside, just plastic parts, a plastic container, and a cotton swab. To be used with a drop of saliva and sent to the United States to be analyzed to determine an individual's ethnic origin. (ancestry website) How is it possible that you cannot read English! Instructions are inside the package. As they have already violated the package, however, they could at least ask someone who knows English language to read that the kit has nothing inside, no biological products. Your customs inspection service is ridiculous! Get someone able to read English! It is understood that only in Brazil these things happen. Please use the online link above and see how the company ships thousands of kits worldwide.
You have a third world service. The first time I sent the same package, they lost the package. This second time, exactly the same product shipped, they say it was banned from entering, because it is an ilegal forbidden product! What kind of criteria then you used for the same product, when it could enter before? The first time it is inspected it was fine and enters the country, but it was not delivered because it was lost. The second time, exactly the same product, does not enter the country because it is considered illegal, according to their inspection services (ANVISA)! What a joke about their services and what a disgrace of a country! Dishonest! They think they are above the law and do nothing because they know nobody is liable in Brazil! I lost £200 (1500 BRL Reais) and they do not care at all.
