Support doesn't exist
I have more then 300 domains registered with cosmotown, there UI is the worst there can be, one of my client want to change the DNS record of a domain from cosmotown and it's not working I've tried multiple times, contacted support it's been 5 days no response from them. I cannot even transfer the domain because it's not been 6 months with them.

Cosmotown will lock your expired domain name, even if it is expired for one day.
All the domain merchants I've met can still unlock and transfer your domain after it has expired. But cosmotown can't, once the domain is expired, the domain will be locked, you can't unlock it, customer service doesn't reply to this question at all! I didn't complain to ICANN this time, and I hope you will pay attention to this problem of cosmotown . It's a shame to make things difficult.

Consistently better, now top notch
This my third rating which has gone from 3 to 5 stars whilst transferring in expiring domain names from a competitive independent (which became a GoDaddy agent and crazy expensive). Dashboard and cart processing has become really smooth. As long as prices remain reasonably competitive Cosmotown is my go to registrar.

They work with Phishing and Fraudulent Websites
I’m the marketing manager of a global logistics company, and we recently discovered a phishing website impersonating our brand to scam clients out of thousands of dollars. The fraudulent site is registered through Cosmotown, and we submitted a detailed abuse report with clear evidence, requesting urgent action.
They never responded. No acknowledgment, no investigation, no takedown just some automatic emails to tell us that they don't care.
Most reputable registrars act quickly in cases of fraud, especially when real people and businesses are being harmed. Cosmotown’s silence raises serious concerns about their ethics and whether they allow this kind of abuse to continue unchecked or even if they work hand to hand with these phishing websites.
If you’re a business owner or care about online security, avoid Cosmotown at all costs. They clearly don’t take abuse or fraud seriously.

Awful support, my domain expired and is awaiting renewal, I've had multiple support tickets open for 16 days now with no response. I've emailed and gone through zendesk but no response from either and they have no phone number.

Bad at many things
Bad support, bad response time, the button they send by email to approve or reject transfers does not work, payments either (you pay the domains, they deduct the money but do not process the renewal) we have nothing good to say about cosmotown, unfortunately we have more than 200 domains with them that if they let us transfer would be great.

The support is especially bad. You can only contact them via ticket, and their responses can take several days... It feels like it's run by a guy in his dorm room. Not recommended. Not worth it. It's better to pay a few dollars more and feel safe and supported by decent support. Lesson learned.
