App has been useless the last few days. Good job I’m not away from home. Queuing on the phone to try and get answers and connect. Online chat is slow and useless. It’s a shame but tempted to transfer elsewhere for a better savings rate.

The Coventry Building society has always been a very helpful financial organisation in my experience.I have been a member on and off since the 1980s. They are of course still a mutual ,a plus point in my opinion.

I went into the Coventry branch in Northampton and sat down with Priyanka. My wife and I discussed the maturing of a bond and arranged to use up our ISA allowances and re-invest rest in various savings accounts. Priyanka made it a very straightforward, clear and consise experience. Thankyou

Absolutely love this building society. Had my mortgage with them since 2018 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Seriously short call wait times and amazingly helpful, polite and knowledgeable staff. Well done Coventry - in an era where everything is being outsourced to AI you continue to deliver first class personable support. Please keep it up!!

Coventry Building Society is an ethical bank that I'm happy to trust my savings to; gives good rates of interest; and has a reliable and easy to use website and banking app. Good financial service all round.

Anytime I have had to contact Coventry I have always had extremely helpful and courteous people. Sometimes talking me through what I need to do online or doing the "job" for me. I'm pleased that I can go to the Co Operative Bank in Hanley if I feel I need assistance face to face.

The adviser was extremely polite and helpful and took me through the stages of opening a new ISA account using the App, then he transferred the balance of my existing account to the new account exactly as I wanted

Chelsea made me so glad that I had phoned. She was fantastic. I hsd just opened a new ISA with very competitive interest rate and wanted to transfer from my existing ISA. She was marvellous explaining every step of the way and double checking with me. So glad I had,nt struggled on my own. Despite the recorded message saying call volumes were higher than usual I only waited 5 mins snd it was very worthwhile completely stress free.

Online a complete waste of time, 99.9% it doesnt work and just locks up, downloaded the App, that was a waste of time, won't let ne transfer money to my named lloyds account, says I need to set that up online !! Which just crashes.
Been like this for months, trying to phone them over the last few days, left emails etc, ZERO RESPONSE.

Great interest rate and extremely easy to open and fund my new ISA

Wasted 3 hours trying to open a new ISA and transfer an ISA into the new account. Logged in ok via a previous account details. Got to the part where I put in the existing ISA provider, but it wouldn't allow me to put their number in because it was too long. Had the first of several phone calls after waiting ages to get answered. The girl was helpful but didn't resolve the issue, had a phone previous company to get the roll number and sort code. Then Coventry website wouldn't let me log back in again. Another phone call, told me to forget previous details and start again. On the website could find absolutely nowhere to start a new account from scratch, but he just wanted me to register using an existing account number which I don't have. Logged in using old info again, but then it just cover the website with a pop-up saying log off? And no other option. Another phone call, with an end endless wait. Tried the chatbot, not surprisingly it was totally useless. Eventually went onto MSE site and used their link to start a new account. Never had so much aggravation trying to put money into an account. The website was incredibly slow, continually leaving me believe it had frozen then suddenly worked again. A conclusion, the staff I spoke to were helpful as they could be. The website and chatbot are a total waste of time and I would avoid it if I possibly could've done.
