Cozy Heat were really easy to deal with,Stacie was excellent and understood what I needed in relation to a new electric boiler. She had Graeme speak to me to answer a few questions and he also visited to make sure the new boiler was the correct one for my home. This reassured me that I was doing the right thing. No pushy salesman just a proper understanding of what was best for me.

The Company was recommended to me by a family member and everything went as planned. The engineers were polite and very helpful and got on with the job. We were very happy to have heat and hot water again. Also Tracey helped me out with being easy to deal with as I’m no as young as I used to be!

My husband booked this company to do some work on our heating, on the day they were due he took a day off work but they didn’t turn up nor did they phone us to tell us they couldn’t make it, they told us the van broke down on the way to our job and they would do the job three days later, my husband took another day off work and guess what ? They didn’t turn up for that appointment either, eventually we told them to forget it and we booked a reliable company and the job was done to our satisfaction and on the day we had arranged, my advice is if you want a job done you need to give this mob a miss

Engineer came to service boiler found a problem and rectified it without the need to order new parts and leave us with no heating. Went beyond what was expected and fixed the problem and we greatly appreciate his efforts. Cosy heat have installed boiler and maintained it for the last 3 years. Excellent service. Would highly recommend this company who was recommended to us by another heating engineer.

Asked for money up front, engineer wasn’t well on day, needed rearranged. Lucky we didn’t pay in advance!!

The Engineer arrived and I explained what was happening with the boiler. He carried out a number of different repairs.
The result was excellent and my central heating is now working very well.

I’m so impressed with this company. I had my boiler condemned on Thursday before Xmas. Graham came out last week, I had three options sent to me and booked in on Monday and Tuesday this week by Stacie (who is so efficient). Kyle came and installed the boiler. Absolutely great engineer. Polite and efficient and amazing workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate highly recommending this company to anyone!!!

Phoned Cozy Heat on Friday and made an appointment for Monday. Kyle arrived within the agreed timescale after texting us to say he was on his way. Radiator now fitted. Thank you Kyle for a job well done. Will have no hesitation using Cozy Heat again.
