Order delivered to the wrong place and…still not arrived with me!
Order delivered to the wrong place and no confirmation that it had been delivered at all otherwise I would have known something was amiss. Only knew that it had been delivered when I was asked to rate the service and raised a query. After a bit of toing and froing, have been contacted by parcelforce who say they have spoken to the person who received it - lives 1.5 miles away from me. They handed it over to someone else who say they know me. I believe I know who that is but as of just now have still not received my parcel. Lack of apology and any realistic solution to get my parcel delivered to my door which is what I paid for! Don't charge for delivery if you can't deliver!
