‘Genuinely made in Palestine’ is actually ‘Made in China’

Item advertised as Genuinely Made in Palestine in fact was Madein China. The company claims they have too many orders, so they had to outsource. This is misleading the customer especially those wanting to support Palestinian goods. Customer needs to pay for the return of the goods. The refund was never issued. So not only I lost the cost for keffyiah (two items), but also return postage (which is not cheap to send to China). Do not buy, avoid, nice looking website, but scammers.

Scam

Scam! Definitely not made in Palestine. Shipped from China and is a cheap polyester material with a print on one side. When I asked for a refund they gave me an address in China which would cost me more than the item to ship. When I said that was unacceptable they stopped replying. How disgraceful and disgusting.

Total Scam

Total Scam. Would give it zero stars. Return instructions were to send it back to China. That cost $75. I had inquired when the shipping was in progress about why the package was coming from China, and they completly LIED and told me that it goes from Gaza to China for logistics. I was dumb to believe them. When the "keffeyiahs" arrived they were not what was in the pictures, but polyester with a print on it. I wrote an angry email and they told me to return it to China. I told them that was unreasonable and they stopped replying to me. How disgusting of a person/business do you have to be to profit in this way. The Worst. You also can't leave comments on their instagram. - Red Flag (now we know).

Everything everybody else SCAM

Everything everybody else said. They are SCUM if they can't prove my money went towards something positive. If the product details are lies, so likely is the cause they parade as donating to.
I feel so let down for all who have been robbed (ps people), and so daft for not checking it out.
Note they have about 5 different websites of similar names! Dodgy af.

Fake keffiyehs

Fake keffiyehs, made from polyester or some human made material, with the pattern printed on it. These characters are profiting from gen0cide. Absolutely disgusting. Do not buy anything from these con artists.

Rip off

No valid email address so couldn't cancel my purchase. Keffiyeh supposed to be cotton made in Palastine...came from China and made if nylon and not even sewed correctly. No returns label or address. No address anywhere! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Misrepresented the item for sale

This company implies that it is selling a Palestinian keffiyeh, which is a woven cotton garment. In fact it is a printed square of synthetic fibre with a machine stitched on fringe. It is NOT a Palestinian keffiyeh, it is made in China as evidenced by the address required for returns. A total rip-off in my opinion and will cost me £10 to return.

Scam and Fraud

Scam and Fraud

This was a scam scam scam! I bought a keffiyeh and it wound up being a plastic sheet with stitched, falling apart polyester thread. I asked for a refund, they told me to mail it to a place in China, but they didn't give me the full address with a post code. The shipping cost isn't covered by them, so the price of shipping the item to China will be roughly the same as the purchase price of the item, making the return and refund worthless.

I looked up the company and they are based in Barcelona. They wouldn't tell me where the money goes. This is a scam taking advantage of the kindness of others. This is the worst kind of business that can exist. Evil, evil.

Then, a large purchase was attempted on the credit card I used to purchase the item. Since it was dicey, my credit card declined the transaction, but I can't help but think these are related.

FRAUD

The company fraudulently claims that it is made in Palestine. It is not. It is low quality, poorly printed and they request ‘donations’ that they claim goes towards helping Palestinians but shows up on the order as a ‘tip’. I have not received any response to my request to initiate a refund. This company is cashing in on genocide and people’s desperate attempts to help those in Gaza and all of Palestine. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could, I wish I'd looked up the real reviews before buying from them.
They advertise a 'very high quality' product which is 'made in Palestine' but this is a total lie.
The Keffiyeh I received was cheap rubbish made and sent from China, not embroidered cotton like the pictures and description but printed polyester with the tassels not even sewn on properly.
The website is covered in fake 5 star reviews, I doubt they even donate to Gaza.
I requested a refund but was told that I had to pay the postage back to China, what a scam business!

Scamming by taking advantage of the situation in Gaza

They offer original palestinian keffiyeh and then send some acrylic printed scarf from China. If you want to return they give you address in China and you have pay the postage (no way) Mind, the company is registered in Barcelona. I demanded the return label and they never got back. I personally doubt they would even refund. The reviews on the website are fake, if you want to leave one, you are able to fill the fields but them Submit button is nowhere to be found. They disappeared from IG after I and other people started complaining about the bad experience in comment sections. At this point i am positive they don’t donate a penny to any of the charities they claim on their website to be working with. Avoid and warn others by all means.

It's honestly a scam

DO NOT BUY.

I didn't see these reviews until now. Like what most people say, it's not as advertised at all. My first red flag was that it shipped from China. It is polyester printed fabric, not woven at all and certainly not worth the $60 I spent for 2 of them. Could take up to 2 months to get any money back, after they charge me a 25% restocking fee, as well as shipping fees coming out of my pocket.

They should be ashamed for scamming people trying to help a crisis. I highly doubt any money went to Palestine. Be more educated than I was, don't buy anything from them.

Update: went to return and it would've costed $33 to ship it back to China. I spent $60. They have a 25% restocking fee so I would only get maybe $12 back once said and done. Absolutely a scam, they know it.
