SCAM FROM CHINA
This claims to sell authentic keffiyeh's made in Palestine but they are sent from China.
FAKE KUFIYA
I'm very disappointed in this company. Found them through an Instagram ad, read everything on their site, claiming these are kufiyas crafted by local Palestinian artisans and that 80% of the proceeds goes to organizations helping Palestine. I wanted to donate to the cause through a purchase of a kufiya. It's unfortunate I didn't find these reviews until much later, after I too noticed when tracking the shipping that it was coming out of China. I finally received my order today and it is indeed as others here have written, a very cheap polyester material with a print of the kufiya design only on one side, with cheap tassel lining on the edges. I presume everything written on the website and reviews there are lies, with stolen images from authentic kufiyas sites like Hirbawi. I sadly assume the donations might also be fake.
I'm abhorred that a company would be profiting from a literal genocide happening and taking advantage of those wanting to support the victims.
There is a 60-day refund policy with returning the item in it's original packaging unworn and undamaged, but the return shipping cost is on you. Whether the extra time, money and energy is worth it is up to you, but if you manage to read this before purchasing, DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THEM. Crafting Peace is a fraud.
Absolutely disgusting scam!
Absolutely disgusting scam!
Thinking I was ordering a woven cotton Kuffiyeh, only to receive a cheap piece of printed nylon rubbish not fit to even use as a scarf. I am appalled that this company is exploiting and profiting from a worthy humanitarian cause like this. How can you live with yourselves? Obviously stolen photos on website. Support Hirbawi factory in Hebron or their genuine resellers only. DO NOT BUY from crafting peace. I wish I had have read these reviews before I purchased. I have lodged a fraud claim with my bank. ZERO STARS!
Edit 31/1/2024: They are making new profiles, pages and websites with variations of the name “crafting peace” so beware and report!
Echoing everyone else here
Echoing everyone else here. This is a scam. These people will be going straight to hell, profiting off genocide
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Bought two keffiyehs, described as made in Palestine. They arrived - horrible synthetic material, printed, not woven, and clearly made and shipped from China. The returns address suggest a sweatshop situation. I am absolutely disgusted. I won't be wasting money returning them only for them to claim they didn't receive the return. Do not buy from these fraudsters!
Total Scam
Absolute rubbish, do not buy from this company. We purchased two Keffiyeh thinking we were supporting this cause which we strongly believe in. I wish we had read these reviews first, the items are cheap and disgusting coming from China - even more egregious is that when we followed up on our order we were told there was a delay due to conflict in the West Bank… but they are coming from China. Just a revolting scam. We have filed this with our bank as we do not want to spend any more money on this returning these fake awful items - we want our money to go to somewhere legitimately supporting the Palestinian cause. Hopefully with enough complaints they will have their payment platform restricted.
NASTY SCAMMERS SELLING CHEAP NASTY CRAP…
NASTY SCAMMERS SELLING CHEAP NASTY CRAP FROM HONG KONG STREET MARKETS THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED USING PALESTINE TO SCAM PEOPLE
DO NOT BUY A KHAFFIYAH SCARF FROM THEM
DO NOT BUY A KHAFFIYAH SCARF FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. PRODUCT COMES FROM CHINA AND IS FAKE. PRODUCT IS NOT AUTHETIC OR WOVEN. ITS MADE ON A PRINTED POLYESTER FABRIC.
SCAMMERS
False advertising! Total scam! Shame on you!
I would give NO stars if I could!
False advertising! This is a scam. Printed, not woven, on cheap synthetic material, from China. Very doubtful they will be donating anything to charity.
The only Keffiyeh factory in Palestine is Hirbawi - buy from them direct to support people from Palestine.
Cheap fabric
Cheap fabric - not cotton
Printed not switched
Shipped from China (took over 2 weeks to arrive)
Not sure if the money actually goes to people in Palestine who are in need.
Scam! Stealing heritage and livelihood from others!
What an absolute scam
What an absolute scam !
I was expecting a genuine loom made scarf, and I received a coffee table nylon tablecloth with some frills embellishments sewn on at the edges.
Made in china!
An absolute misrepresentation of product.
Now I’m struggling to get a refund .

These are not genuine keffiyehs and cheap made in China. SCAM SCAM SCAM
FRAUD ALERT
Their photos are stolen from Hirbawi in Palestine. Don’t buy from this company. I, like others bought from this company and they are complete scammers. I rmailed and asked why the shipment is coming from China- and they said “To meet the growing demand for our products and to meet the challenges in Palestine, we have expanded our operations to include a location in China. Our dedicated craftsmen in both Palestine and China work collaboratively to ensure the quality of our products” I then asked how they collaborate with each other if Palestinians don’t have access to anything and they went radio silent.
These reviews are genuine and accurate.
These reviews are genuine and accurate.
This company does not represent itself truthfully. I received a low quality printed synthetic fabric, not a woven keffiyeh. It took a significant wait before my order was shipped - and it was only processed after I emailed to enquire about the wait time. I have requested a refund via email and may need to attempt to escalate through my bank.
Do not support this fraudulent business.
Not a legit company
Not a legit company. I bought a keffeya and made a donation five days ago, it hasn't been shipped. I sent an email and asked for an update, no reply. I've had to cancel my card and speak to my bank about getting the money back!
Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam. When it shipped I noticed it was shipping from China and that was a big red flag 🚩 I emailed support asking why it was shipping from China and they said the factory had to move to China because of the war (yeah OK) and to rest assured it's real and of great quality. I said I'll see when it gets here and sure enough it's a printed design that is one sided. The other side of the scarf is all white. So it's a white polyester scarf with the design printed on one side only. I immediately filed a charge back with my credit card company. No way are these scammers getting away with that
Totally fake
Totally fake. These are disgusting people trying to cash in on genocide. Do not buy from them.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY - RIPPING OFF LEGIT BRANDS
Do not buy from this company. They are based in Barcelona, and they have set up multiple websites including Noveley.com which is identical to Craftingpeace.co.
They DO NOT donate any proceeds to any legitimate Palestinian causes, and consider donations made in addition to purchases of keffiyehs to be "tips". I've actually researched the charities on their website that they say they donate to, and haven't found any proof - yet I have found proof of other Palestinian companies donating.
They STEAL images from legitimate brands including West Bank Apparel, Hirbawi, and KUVRD (I've even got a whole folder of proof) - they rip off Palestinian influencers on TikTok and don't give refunds unless it's been less than 24 hours since you've purchased one. Request a chargeback from your bank if you do not receive a refund immediately.
Please spread the word about this company, because it is one of many exploiting the current situation for their own personal gain.
IT'S A SCAM!!! IT'S FROM 🇨🇳 NOT 🇵🇸
This company is a scam. They say their products are made in Palestine but they are shipped from China!!!
Please guys go on insta/facebook and report their profile as a scam! It is a disgrace.
UPDATE: I opened a fraud dispute with my bank and they gave me the money back for the fake keffieyh I had purchased. I suggest you to do the same, the company will never refund you the money since it's a scam. it's important that they don't get to profit form a genocide!! Get the money back from your bank! If there are many complaints, I think they will eventually be recognised as spam and banks will stop payments to them.
Cheap Chinese-made rubbish
The Keffiyehs I received are cheap Chinese-made rubbish. My order was dispatched from China and received today. The Keffiyehs are made of nasty non-breathable polyester, definitely NOT 'high quality cotton material' as advertised on their product specification.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT PURCHASE!!
