Poor fabric, poor returns system
The recycled fabric was unsatisfactory so I tried to return the items.
I paid for an EVRI collection but they failed to turn up.
I'm still awaiting notification and collection.

Excellent Jacket
This is my second jacket from Craghoppers. They are exceptionally good . The build quality if of the highest standard. The fit is perfect and feels great when wearing. The weather resistance is excellent. I shall be purchasing all of my clothing for my hiking needs in the future.

Poor Customer Support to an obvious problem.
I ordered from Craghoppers Ireland on the basis the order would be shipped within Ireland and arrive in 2 or 3 days as stated on their website. It wasn’t obvious on their website that the order would be shipped from the UK until I received the tracking information. The order then got stuck in Customs (something I was trying to avoid from previous experience). Contacted Craghoppers after 3 days. The order hadn’t moved at all. Was told it would arrive although it was obvious it wouldn’t. Only after a week of emails back and forth, stating my consumer rights and raising it with PayPal did someone in Craghoppers see sense and request the refund. In fairness they were good at replying to emails but the response was of no help.
