Fantastic company and service provided by the guys surrounding my recent PC purchase. Create PCs were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and went the extra mile with providing info and updates.

Definitely recommend, and will definitely be using them again in the future..

When DPD screwed me around with the computer delivery, Create PCs kept in close contact and did everything they could do on their end to ensure I actually received it.

My boyfriend recommended createpcs to me as he purchased his from here in 2021 and had no issues with his. the customer service is great they are lovely and friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend here if you’re not building your pc yourself. And my pc is working great! :)

After searching for 2 weeks to find a company that had all the parts for a pc Create PCs came up on my search I had never heard of them before but after researching them I took the plunge and purchased a new pc and I was so glad I did they keep you informed all throughout the process of the build and the testing and even shipped on a day that I was in which was Sunday for no extra cost I’m really happy with what I received and Matt from sales was a legend with his advice and tips.

They also sourced an audio interface at a matched price, which was a huge help. Create PC delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. I think this review will be especially helpful for people who, like me, are not PC-hardware experts but work with high-end technology (data science, machine learning, etc.) and often feel unsure about what to buy or whether certain components are a good investment.

They answered my call quickly and took the time to explain, in clear and accessible terms, the specifications that would best suit my work. They presented several configuration options, were fully transparent about pricing, and provided multiple quotes based on different budget allocations. Their explanations of the differences between each specification were particularly helpful.

They built the PC, stress-tested it, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Matt, who handled my inquiry and sent regular, thoughtful updates on the progress of the build. The final product works perfectly and has had no issues.

Matt was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and assisted me in building my top of the range PC, they also were able to source components that the other main PC builders (Scan, Overclockers, PC Specialist, Cyberpower, Newegg) could not get for me.
He also made suggestions that helped keep the cost down while keeping the performance high.
The PC was stress tested and photos were sent throughout before sending via next day delivery.
It took just over a week from message to PC delivery!
Highly recommended and will be using them again.

From beginning to end the process of choosing parts to delivery was made so easy and friendly and very professional matt even delivered personally and connected every thing up .

The second pc Iv bought now . The staff were so helpful .i called and spoke about what i wanted and they kept me posted the whole way . Cannot recommend these guys enough .

Being involved in 3D CAD and visualization we needed in a hurry 3 powerful PC’s which our usual supplier Dell simply did not offer at a affordable price or realistic timescale.
We made contact with Matt at Create and within 10 days we had all 3 machines and we are absolutely delighted with them. We will be back for more in the future and would strongly recommend anyone needing a bespoke PC makes Create their first port of call.

Create PCs Ltd have made for me a bespoke highly powerful tower PC running Windows 11, and provided excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone seeking a bespoke machine.

Having a new expensive computer specified, built, tested and delivered is a significant investment in money and stress, so it is essential to have confidence in the people providing this. I have found Mr Matt Woods, owner-director of CreatePCs, to be knowledgeable, thoughtful, patient and thorough. The lady Beth on the telephone has also been attentive and responded well when Matt was not in the office.

I first approached the company about 18 months ago. I wanted the PC for rendering CGI images and video (not gaming) and knew roughly what components would be needed. Matt listened, showed he understood and made suggestions for specific components. For personal reasons I did not go ahead with the order at the time, yet Matt was understanding of my position and did not press me – no sales hassle.

I returned to the project about 5 weeks ago, and in telephone and e-mail conversation with Matt revised the previous spec to the latest components including the NVIDIA RTX 5090 GPU. The company wanted full payment up front, and I paid on credit card to gain some protection. There was a problem with their card payment secure web-site which I hope they have since fixed.

Credit card payment being made, the PC was built within about 16 days. They have a system of giving e-mail updates as the construction process moves from station to station – components ordered, assembly, test, packing. This was reassuring. On a couple of occasions I wanted clarification on some point, and Matt always replied within a day by phone or e-mail.

The computer was delivered by courier exactly at the time they notified. It was very well packaged. It worked as soon a plugged in (as expected).

I use Blender and DAZ Studio for modelling and rendering. At first neither would recognise the RTX 5090 and I could not tell whether this was a hardware, driver or software problem. I spoke to Beth and Matt about it, and they replied with helpful suggestions. In the end these turned out to be a software issues within the particular versions of Blender and Daz and not with the GPU or its drivers. Since ironing that out, the machine performs extremely well.

Overall, I have had the sort of purchasing experience you would wish for. I am currently half way through my 30 day period for returns,, and so far all is going well. If I have any reservation, it is that (as with so many small companies) so much depends on Matt Woods himself.

They were very clear what was happening and how my order was travelling through the different stages of construction. They were also very fast with replies and were lovely. Excellent customer service. Great company. Would recommend.

It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish and the PC is a beast of a machine!
Communication was perfect throughout and the build was neat and tidy, pristine condition with all the components boxes and extra bits included within. It looks as good as it performs.
Overall extremely happy with this high-spec beast that’s future proofed for many years to come.

Was good to be able to choose the components wanted and get a bespoke pc. Chose colour scheme and lights to match gaming logo and glass case so the workings and lights can be seen.
The company was really good during the order and built process.
Was great at first but it worked properly for just under a year.Recurring issues with pc not booting properly.Been without it for couple of weeks this time around, keep trying their tips given last time to restart it and nothing was happening.It eventually did restart after a few tries using the button fitted last time this happened. It restarted while we were recording what we assumed would be another failed start to send to create pc support so they could identify the problem.
Had returned previously for repair, restart button was added, under warranty which cost over £100 p&p (this would only have been £70 if we had kept original packaging which I advise you to do). It apparently got damaged a bit in transit too. Wouldn’t trust their courier again.
The 5 yr warranty is useful for remote support but not practical in our experience for manual repairs to return it by post.
The restart button fitted last time helped fix the issue faster this time.

Create Pcs are my go to Pc builders. I had 7 builds go through them and they have all been flawless.

A lot of other sites only give you a dropdown to choose from and that means you aren't getting exactly what you want.

One call with create pcs left me feeling I was in great hands and getting exactly what I want. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team enough!
