Exceptionally glad I went with Create PCs for my build. Placed my order and tweaked it into an even better spec after some conversations with them. I had researched and looked at many other companies but in the end Create PCs are the best in terms of build quality, value for money and availability. No matter what your budget they'll talk you through the build to get you the best options to ensure you get the build that you want. Best tip I can give: If the options you want aren't on the site, call them!

Perfect service. Great communication. Bespoke high end pc checked and built to my non gaming based requirements. Had it for a week or so now and all running perfectly. Could not have been better.

Really good experience. First time getting a pc so was a little worried, but they kept me up to date and send photos on the building stage. The cable management is amazing and cannot see a single cable

Working with Matt on my pc was really easy and I received a beautiful product. Their process is really streamlined so I wish when I asked upfront “what is the full process” I got a better answer as I was kind of confused at the beginning how it worked, so maybe just something for them to consider. All in all I would 100% recommend them over popular building sites I also reached out to and communicated with.

I had a unique situation in which it made it very difficult to contact me. Create PCs not only took this in to consideration, they ensured that i knew exactly what was happening with my build. They found that there were minor compatibility issues with some of the parts i had selected, and offered up advice freely on what parts could be used in there place.
Furthermore, the overall experience was smooth and packaging when received was very well done, and upon seeing it, had no concerns as to its condition. Everything was secured, padded and all extra pieces used in the build were included in the box for future upgrades.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have a PC custom built. When a customer finishes an experience with no negative comments, you know its good service.

Having built my own desktops in the past I was initally hesitant of a prebuilding service. I was initally going to go with one of the "bigger" companies as I was particularly hesitant of the amount of 5* star reviews Create Pcs has... No-one is that perfect right? but goodness I am glad I chose Creat Pcs I configured something on the available configuratror, which worked totally flawlessly. However, some parts weren't quite what I had in mind. So I phoned up and spoke to Matt. I notice that he has been mentioned in other reviews and I am absolutely not surprised as to why. Matt was so helpful and knowledegable. Honestly, I felt like I could have just told Matt a budget and he would get the very best system that allowed. Matt was able to just add on the bits I wanted, told me a new price over the phone, sent me a link to pay and that was it. After that I recieved updates along the way and pictures of the build process, which was greatly appreciated. They even delivered themselves for a small fee upon request. Even down to the smaller, tiny details like the ram running at the rated speed when I turned the system on, these things were all taken care of which, which I didn't necessarily expect.

Overall, I really couldn't believe how easy the process was. Even when specing out your own parts and building it yourself, I found you're gonna struggle to match their price. Fantastic service at every single step. Constructive criticism is helpful for everyone but I really can't find a single thing I would improve!

P.s - Whatever Matt is being paid is not enough, give this guy a raise.

Excellent experience from start to finish!
The website is easy to use and makes tweaking your pre-configured PC choice very simple.
Gave advice before I placed an order regarding my configuration choices.
Email notifications at every step of the Process once your Order has been made and photographs of the build were provided. You can tell from the pictures that they know what they are doing and have pride in their work.
I was even fortunate to receive a couple of free upgrades which came as a great surprise.
My order was even delivered in person thanks to an employee living nearby (Thanks Matt!).
I have already recommended to friends!

Originally placed an order at Another PC Builders but had to cancel due to their poor customer service and lack of willingness to try and fulfil the order that they was happy to take my money for,
Stumbled upon Create PC's and from the word go what an experience, Received a quote in no time for a custom build at a price I couldn't match buying the gear and building myself, even going out of their way to source parts I wanted that didn't show on the configurator, Hats off to Matt what a legend this guy is! his knowledge and customer service is second to none, keeping me informed of the process step by step, taking his time to update and answer any questions I had out of hours, sending me links of comparisons and doing research for me to help me choose what was perfect for my build. Every company needs a guy like this, also a shout to Beth (Think that's her name sorry if not) always so polite and helpful during any calls I made to them and got me what I needed, A massive thanks to whoever did the build as its amazing so neat and aesthetically pleasing with the performance to match, all round the best buying experience possible and I wont even consider anywhere else in the future before these guys. Big mainstream company's just want your money its the little hidden gems like this place that go the extra mile...

I was looking for a hi spec PC for video editing. Matt was extremely helpful initially by phone and subsequent email queries. A competitive quote was provided promptly. At no time did I feel pressured.

Once I decided to proceed, the PC was built, tested, packed and delivered in just a week and all worked seamlessly. Great job.

First class service from Matt who helped spec up our powerful new editing and motion graphics PC over the phone. Excellent communications with email updates at every stage and detailed build photos. We were able to collect the PC in person from their workshop within a few days - although free delivery was also an option. The PC is running brilliantly and is super-fast. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Outstanding!! From the very beginning Create PCs has been so helpful, they listened to what I was after they built me an absolute beast of a set up that’s also aesthetically pleasing as I do also stream as well as do game development. They answered all my questions start to finish, any concerns I had about potentially wanting to change a part were listened to. For context I use PCs a lot but I don’t understand all of the hardware and they answered all of my questions even probably some of my silly ones but they never made me feel stupid for asking them! There professionalism and friendliness has been the best of all PC building companies I’ve interacted with! Delivery as well was from them directly in their van which ensured safe delivery and it arrived perfectly no issues with any of it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a custom PC! Their customer service, build quality, warranty’s, everything was the best I’ve experienced!
