I called to pay a collection off and the guy I was on the phone with did not give me a option besides to dispute my debt, also failing to mention on top of a 499 payment it’s 99 a month. Definitely very sketchy but I’m only giving this a 2 star because when I cancelled they did return my money instantly.

If I could give zero stars I would. The least helpful and most money grabbing company I have ever dealt with. They trick you into spending more than initially agreed upon and the customer service is not useful in the slightest. Absolute trash.

Oliver is an absolute rockstar to work with. When it comes to making it simple to understand, he definitely has that skill locked in. He is also one of the he nicest and most patient people I have worked with in customer service in recent years!

The rep was very nice and helpful! I will give her a 10 star!

My credit was destroyed

I called I was defensive because of all the fraud that has been done.

She walked me through took the time showed me the portal and my debut. Showed me all the things they can fix for me.

Was honest with me. Definitely great choice

Information I had no idea about glad I called

After realizing that this company is not what they projected themselves to be, I find i am out $978. The agent led me to believe he was going to pay off my Kohls charge aswell as dispute it on my credit report.they are deceptive...be careful.

I didn’t agree to pay any amount of money and then my card was charged hundreds of dollars! I was told to create and account to view disputes that could be done and when I created the account I got some kind of contract I supposedly signed.

All I wanted to do was pay a bill that went to collections. I thought that was what I was doing. I called the number on my credit report to pay it. Then I get all this emails saying I'm in some kind of program. I'm not sure the money I paid went to my bill....still don't know

Called to cancel my account within the 24hrs and their cancellation policy is three days. Mind you I cancel within like hours of opening the account with them. Now they won’t refund my money back.

David was great, he explain everything so well and he made me feel at ease, I am excited to see what happens moving forward. Thank you David for everything!

They conned me out of 400$ said my debts would be settled immediately and lied said they would give me a letter stating my debts were settled that day they did not then I call them back and that’s when they told me they were debt consolidators. When I initially talked to them they were acting like they were one of my debtors

All I got to say is credit glory is good in taking your payment . It’s scam . All they are doing making money out you. And then they will not do nothing. Had for a month and nothing was done. Then they charge another $99.00 the following month. This is the reason I cancel them. I ask for the $99.00 they said they couldn’t refund the money. Scammers big time.
