This is my first time using Cricket - Hockey and I bought my son size 6 DSC Jaffa Neo Junior Cricket Shoes and the insoles do not fit. The insoles in the shoes were too big so have been hacked with scissors or similar by someone and forced to fit into the shoe to look normal. Unfortunately the hacked insoles do not reach the tip where the toes go & make the shoes completely useless.
Very disappointing as I have never experienced something like this before purchasing online.

Came in the store and I wanted to share my great experience. Aiden was absolutely fantastic. Had to get fully kitted out for cricket and he was so knowledgeable and very customer focused. I was very impressed, I had a desired budget when I went in and he nailed it. I am so happy with everything that I purchased. I would definitely recommend to others to come to this store. Amazing staff really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and help me select my new stick(s). Rufus explained the pros and cons of several sticks, helping with my selection from the huge array of sticks they stock. Went back in for a second stick as a result of the customer service, ability to try using the sticks and high quality products.
