I just had work done on my car, and for the first time went to Crossroads Garage. I was impressed. All the staff were courteous and helpful, and the work was done well and promptly, at a fair price. My car also had an MOT test. Based on my experience I certainly recommend Crossroads Garage,

Put a deposit on a car but ended up going elsewhere, James was very understanding and deposit returned with no fuss, great customer service even though I ended up not becoming a customer

Traded our car to Crossroads. Very good fair experience, they knew what they were buying unlike others, close to asking price. Easy professional collection.

Totally professional, very good communication from Neil. After a few minor issues these were resolved very quickly even attending our home & providing us with a courtesy car when needed.

Just taken my Honda Jazz for a full service, I knew my brakes needed attention, no issues everything sorted, great service and pricing.

I bought Audi TT s line from video they sent me and must say from start to delivery excellent service all professional on service history documents invoice etc and when car delivered to me my expectations were exceeded as for 2015 immaculate . Very happy indeed

Everyone was so helpful and made the selling of my car really easy.
Neil updated me through the whole process and was as good as his word with the payment and amount offered for the car.

New to the area, car needed a mot, tried a few garages this one was the only one that could get me in within 48hours, staff were friendly. Car needed a new tire and price was better than kwik fit. Definitely will be using this garage in the future for services

Alan phone me from an Autotrader ad. discussed the car, agreed a price close to the advertised price, paid a deposit by immediate bank transfer and arranged to collect the car three days later. Hayley collected, organised the balance payment by transfer and car released when money arrived a few minutes later. No issues and great to deal with

I can totally recommend Crossroads for sales, service and aftercare. I have used them for all my cars for years and have only ever received 5* service from them!

Purchased a Kia GT from Dean and Neil at Crossroads Garage. Great to deal with and unlike other car dealers out there, what you see is what you get.

I have just purchased a car from Crossroads garages, we travelled over 2 hours to view and test drive the car. Neil looked after us and he went above and beyond any expectations that we have experienced in the past. The whole process was carried out in a very organised and professional manner and they could not of been any more helpful. Neil arranged delivery and it arrived with a showroom finish! the guys that delivered it were super helpful and spent time with me showing me around and inside the car to ensure I was 100% happy with it! I would not hesitate in recommending this company!

Very pleased with this car buying experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, with no pressure sales. Test drove the car, agreed px with mine, put deposit down and arranged time to collect. On collection the car was all valeted and ready to go. With the paperwork carried out online, which was quick and simple. I was in my new car in no time. Would highly recommend.

We were sold a car from Crossroads at a high price. It had five months MOT when we collected it in January and they would not put on a new MOT, when asked, although yhey did the timing belt. In the event, when we later put the car in for its MOT it had terrible emmisions: oil smoke from a worn out engine. It was out of warranty by then and my daughter had covered 7000 miles in it. She took the car to them to discuss trading it back against an even more expensive car. She had to go on her own and is only 24. She felt intimidated and not happy with the experience when the salesman said the failed MOT was a big problem. I believe they were fully aware that the car could not pass an MOT when they sold it to us, despite their recent denials of this.
Sadly I cannot recommend this garage.

Absolutely first class service from initial telephone call, to purchasing my new car and the complimentary new plates they have just made and fitted to my car. Can’t recommended highly enough. A world apart from the service you get at a large dealership. Highly recommended.

Sold the car I put a deposit on! I had put a deposit on a car, and was told this would hold it until the weekend when I had a test drive booked, and would prevent it from being sold!

When I asked how this could happen as that's not how deposits work - I was told someone else had put a BIGGER deposit on the car! VERY POOR BEHAVIOUR _ UNACCEPTABLE.
