Great product, great service, great staff.
We have had all the windows in the house replaced with Crown. All the staff we had were really very good and the fitters excellent. No need to replace the frames just the glass which seems to work as the salesman said it would.
Absolutely no qualms in recommending this company.

No complaints here!
We had had several estimates for replacing a faulty unit which were too high then came the call from Crown who sent round the assessor, he advised us us to replace all the windows in the room as they were all old and inefficient which sounded a good idea as the price wasn’t much dearer than previous quotes which were for only one window so we went ahead.
The surveyor came round to measure up at the time arranged and a date for installation was given however the date given was changed by one day which wasn’t a problem.
The installers arrived on time they completed all four windows and resealed the frames very efficiently and were gone before dinner.
I would recommend them without hesitation.

Called me today pretending to be part of a scheme to assess my windows. Acting like they are part of a government scheme when they are actually just targeting vulnerable customers to try and get in their homes and sell glazing.
a quick search on google reveals this company has previously been fined £130k for nuisance calls.

Best experience when it comes to the customer service. Ordered 4 windows and 2 doors. Cost efficient. Fitting team was very Nice. Did a proper job and clean finishing.
The guy Adam from customer department is very nice and polite.

From the sale to the fitting
From the sale to the fitting, I've been really impressed with crown glazing. The initial salesman was really polite and honest. The surveyor again was polite and honest. They didn't oversell, I'd have probably replaced all my windows but they informed me I didn't need to. The fitters who came yesterday were clearly very experienced and passionate about what they do. Andy worked seamlessly to take out my ancient windows and has fit the new ones perfectly. I can't believe how neat they all are, not one bit of silicone out of place! They cleaned up non stop throughout the day so after having a full day of windows being ripped out and fitted, my house was actually cleaner when they left! I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks!

Terrible experience from beginning to…
Terrible experience from beginning to end. Appointments changed at short notice, measurements taken incorrectly, one window broken during fitting, meaning second and third visits, piece broken off back door which had to be repaired, didn’t bring any gaskets, replacement handles didn’t fit. I was promised a refund which six months later I still haven't received, despite many phone calls on my part have been fobbed off with promises of ringing back which never happen. I thought it was because I am a single woman on her own, but looking at these reviews it seems I am not alone. Wish I had seen these before engaging with this company.

I removed my previous poor review after the company owner begged me to with a promise of rectification,First instal nobody had given correct details to installers so no fitting.Next time wrong measurements taken so no fitting 3rd time after spending winter with drafts everywhere new windows arrived,no joy so more delays.Eventually the organised an outside contractor to install them,first two fitted ok 3rd one wrong size but fitted after a fashion.In between so many wasted days because of no staff(covid it seems?) now mastic has turned rusty coloured,still waiting for correction since before Christmas plus one window rarely used has a duff handle.I phoned this morning,told Alex would be in touch nearly 3 hours ago but true to form no call yet.
Yet again staff arrived with no idea what needed doing so due today 30/04/2024,nobody yet.Your own fitters say that you're incompetent and after yearelp.The damage is done,the hassle you've caused for two pensioners is beyond beliefs of lies etc I doubt if you do pass it on it will not help?Your reputation in our area is alaughing stock after people have spoke to me about it.

This company represents the worst in the business.
I agreed to a window glass replacement on two properties. The installation was poor with damage to the existing frames, poor spacing and faulty materials. It was rushed and removed material was left. After my complaint a second team rectified some of the spacing issues and replaced some of the original window seals.
This was also poor and identified by their surveyor at a later date. I paid them in full on the day of installation and see no sign of any further interest from the company. From my experience, do not consider them.

Ordered my windows in January 2024. Cancelled 3 days later utter cowboys a complete and utter money grabbing company. Despite numerous calls to them I’m still waiting to receive my deposit. Avoid this company if you value your hard earned money.

Had replacement glass fitted by Rob and Dave who were very experienced and respectful.
They were great with the the family pet who is 14 and not great with noise.
Rob and Dave were very tidy workers and respectful of the property.
