Professional company, really quick process to replace my windows, the window fitters were prompt and fitted the windows in no time and cleaned up afterwards. Recommend this company. The energy efficient windows do keep my house warmer too.

If I could give 0 stars I would, you will be hearing from a legal team. Almost a year of chasing and the work is not complete! Happy to take full payment though!

On the positive side the lads, Seb, Rob and Owen I think were their names who fitted the glass were quick, friendly, tidy and did a good job. The sales person, Martin was also helpful and checked after the work to see it went well.
On the negative side, i had to ring in to the office three times to see why they were delayed. For the time it took them to do the job it was very expensive.
On a follow up call a sales advisor gave me the usual sales spiel and said i would get a very good discount on any future orders. I am still waiting for a guarantee from the windows installation and the paperwork is very shoddy.

Crown glazing did an amazing job with my windows and doors, absolutely fantastic, from the first assesment to the fitters they have been professional though out, very clean and tidy job, very friendly after care, got my certificate a week after I got the windows fitted and everything ran so smoothly, thanks again crown if I need any more work doing you will be the first that I call

Had a cold call offering me a free energy review of my home where my windows would be tested to assess if we were losing energy with a view to seeing if we were entitled to help in some way. Being very sceptical I asked if this was a sales call and was told definitely not. I asked if they would come round and try and sell me windows etc and that was denied. When the appointment booking person called to confirm details I asked the same question and was told yes, if windows were deemed to be losing energy they would be looking to sell us new windows. The initial call felt like all smoke and mirrors. It's a cold-calling SALES strategy.

Everyone from the surveyor to the guys putting the new frames in were great. The work was done quickly and looks fantastic. Looking forward to warmer rooms.

Had a call from these guys informing me of the help available towards windows a few weeks ago, the young gentleman I spoke to was very polite and made sure I was well informed and booked the appointment for the most appropriate time. The surveyor was very polite and informative and I will be going ahead with a full replacement. Great company would recommend.

I had my glass replaced by Crown glazing, I got a phone call asking me if I wanted a free glass test with no obligation so I agreed to the test,A man came round the following day and confirmed what i already thought that I I needed some glass replacing he left me with the help i was entitled to so I had 3 windows replaced and they were fitted the following week.The lads that carried out the work were great and left everything clean and tidy i would have no hesitation using Crown again

i received a call from crown just before christmas , the timing was perfect as three of my front windows had blown out due to the awful weather , i had the work done with them and they also replaced my front door to a new high security composite door . The service all in all was amazing from the energy surveyors to the team that did that work , five stars from me , well done crown

I had my two back windows replaced following a free assessment, this informed me of the help I was entitled to and the failing units. Absolutely amazing work couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done the surveyors were very respectful and polite and the job was done within the space of a couple of weeks, over the moon would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning to get further work done in the future!!

Must say I was skeptical as I’d read a few reviews but I liked the sound of what they were offering so I agreed to the testing and was happy with the gentleman Lewis who was a happy chappy sorting my appointment and the appointment went well with a polite gentleman.
I must admit I was wary but was put at ease and I actually went ahead and purchased new windows and doors as I saved a considerable amount .
The whole process went smoothly on fitting .
I have wrote this review as I really didn’t believe it was what it seemed.
I’m very happy I went through this and would have no hesitation to recommend the company.
I am now awaiting on the solar team bug Thankyou to the whole team for what they have done with my property.

Brilliant service! Had the call to book and managed to get an appointment for the same day. Test was done and was advised that a few of my windows where falling under the building regulations so was left with the help I was entitled to. Have not dealt with the windows yet but would definitely consider going back due to their brilliant service

I’m a returning customer, went back to get conservatory roof and glass on it done, surveyor was so polite and very informative and also recommended solar, spoke to the solar agent and now I’m awaiting my assessment for the solar panels, I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend

I have returned again to crown glazing for the 3rd time, happy once again with the work they carried out, always clean always tidy and always punctual even though I have changed the fitters times over 3 times due to my awkward work schedule. (Apologies again crown) but the windows they have all replaced so for are absolutely stunning I can’t fault them.

I received a call about a free energy test from the company a test with no obligations I was promised and that is exactly what it was. When the energy surveyor came round they was so polite, respectful and lovely definitely recommend and I will be going back to the company to get my glass changed.
