They promised fast delivery, which turned out to be untrue. The website also presents itself as a shop based in Holand, which is misleading, as they are actually located in China.
It has now been 10 days with no delivery, and the DHL tracking number shows that the package has not even been handed over to DHL. I’m starting to think I may have lost my money.
The products they sell are shipped directly from from Hong Kong/China. I received many emails saying “Your product will be made soon” etc. I realised they are just buying time for the shipping from Asia because these products are not made in Europe. It probably cost a fraction of price if you buy via Temu/Ali Express. Is this fraud? Is it misleading and deceitful?

The chain I ordered was as I hoped and expected. That Crystalnova's system did not use the address I had filled in with the order, but, apparently, automatically used the partially outdated indications with my PayPal account complicated the process.
Don‘t buy anything there - unreasonable Discounts (e.g: from 225€ to 45€). Then shipped from China.
I ordered a ring in silver at "Crystal Nova". Delivered was a golden one. I checked if I accicently ordered the color gold. But my order confirmation said silver. I wrote to them about it including a picture of the golden one,but they are not at all "understanding". Pretending like there's nothing wrong though it evidently is. So my advise: Don't buy anything there. Lovely regards, Katja
Scam. Just sending out cheap stuff direct from China, then trying to get me to pay them more money for their mistake.
