These guys were amazing. They did a disgusting job of replacing a macerator with professionalism. I take my hat off to them

I was very pleased that they came out in about 3 hours. I was satisfied with their work.
I was horrified when I was asked for £96 for a 1o minute job! All he did was use a long plunger on a loo that was nearly overflowing. He then flushed a couple of times to ensure it was now working again. He did not tell me why it had blocked in the first place and why their hourly rate is so high and seems to apply to any part of an hour!
I certainly won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone.
£96 for 10 minutes is outrageous!

Josh and Ben came out very quickly to sort out a flushing problem in our very old outside loo. After initial incredulity that such an antiquated fitting was still in use, a small amount of high level investigation discovered and remedied the problem in less than a minute! Well done and thank you!

Prompt attendance to a leak. Very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend but for £150 ph. The plumber was with us for 15 min. The only drawback as to why 3 instead of 5 stars is that they did not have the part. To return requires further payment. I think the price per hour ought to cover the job until they reach the hour.

In view of the misunderstanding by administration over the invoice issued in error I can confirm Andy was punctual polite and knew his job. The service was 5 star for the boiler service and for the replacement part.

We are happy to use them again and accept this was a misunderstanding. The original price was fair.

This company do everything well . From admin staff to engineers ALL are exceptional. Professional helpful and friendly . They liaised with me throughout the work over a couple of weeks at my elderly mums property on a very old system which wasn't a simple repair . Very trustworthy reasonable costs . A mention for Tom, Dave specially Andy Mead and anyone else , huge thank-you to you all. 5*+ highly recommend this excellent company.

Recently my landlord was advised my immersion heater was end of life, scaled up beyond repair. After authorising a complete replacement CS arranged the installation. The job was booked for 8am, the engineer rang my doorbell at 8am. The old tank was taken out, cleanly, then the replacement was fitted to ensure it paired up with existing pipework. After the job was complete he cleaned down and went above and beyond to ensure it was if he hadn't been there. He did afantaatic job all round and I am glad my landlord has used CS for a while now. Thank you.

Despite paying £38 per month for boiler cover for 18 months I was invoiced for £105 for the simple task of replacing an outside tap.
This was during a period when our central heating issues were not satisfactorily addressed.
Eventually after receiving no reply to my email regarding the work that was required I found a very professional plumber who addressed the issues with a redesigned system and more powerful pump with great results.

My boiler was broken, and we had no heating or hot water. I called C S Heating&plumbing, and they sent an engineer out within a couple of hours.
The problem was quickly located, and expertly sorted. All for a very reasonable and fair price.
I have used this company before, and as before, was really impressed with everything. I would not hesitate to recommend

Brilliant from start to finish. Customer service were so helpful. The engineers were so polite, friendly, professional and there was not a trace that they had been in my house. They left it so clean. I would definitely recommend them.

We've been using CSHeating ever since the early days when Calvin set up the company and been using them faithfully ever since.
A sudden catastrophic boiler failure this week necessitated a call out at a time of year when the guys are under seasonal pressure.
Andy got to work when he arrived and sorted everything that was humanly possible - all (major) spare parts required were carried and therefore available at the time of first visit. He focussed 110% on the work and attention to detail. Very much appreciated.

Harry came to replace a number of ancient, leaking radiator valves and a leaking boiler pressure gauge. He explained everything to us and was very professional. He left everything clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this company.

My boiler needed a service and was losing pressure daily. After working my way through check a trade and getting no responses, I contacted CS Heating and Plumbing. I wish I’d known about them earlier. The phone was answered straight away, an appointment was booked and an appointment confirmation sent via email. On the day Andy the technician rang when he was on his way. The problem with the boiler was immediately located and serviced all in an hour. Andy explained what was wrong and showed me the new part he would fit. Will recommend without hesitation.
