I would just like to say thank you to this company.

I orderd a sports watch/heart rate monitor and unfortunately it didn't work. HOWEVER, I complained and within 24 hours the company had arranged to send me a replacement, WITHOUT asking me to return the broken one. This is outstanding customer service, and I would challenge you to find a company who would do something similar to put things right, so quickly and with so little hassle.

I now have a fantastic heart rate monitor/sports watch that I have been using for several months, without any problems whatsoever.

The customer service from this company is second-to-none, they will follow up with you every step of the way to make sure you are happy with their products.

And as for the product itself, it is fantastic! It does everything a watch 5 times its price does, and in many aspects does them better. They are such great value for money. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I purchased a CSX Pedometer through Amazon and used it for a month. As I was not getting consistent results, I contacted CSXPro and their service rep, Kerstin, was very easy to do business with. He asked me to perform some tests and get back to him. I did and he told me that he would send a new one out immediately. He did and the new one perfoms as advertised. I am very pleased with the product and Kerstin for all his help.
