I've been really impressed with the service from Jeremy Warr at Currencies Direct. From the outset he was consistently responsive — quick to reply, easy to reach, and never left me chasing for updates. What stood out most was his pragmatic, human approach: he didn't just execute transfers, he gave practical advice that helped me manage the project and time things to optimise the commercial outcome, which made a real difference.

Jeremy was professional throughout, and just as importantly, he made sure I wasn't left without support when he was away — he arranged for someone else on the team to step in, so there was never a gap in service. Every other person I dealt with, including the compliance team, gave me the same assurance of professionalism and a genuine focus on getting the best outcome for the client.

I was recommended to use you by a friend and found the process quite straightforward. I particularly liked the fact that I could get to speak to an advisor easily who was very helpful and patient on the several times we spoke. The transaction process was explained and worked smoothly for my case. In addition the conversion rate was better than the company I had been using

Today I needed help with the procedure for transferring monies.The company’s representative, Vishnu was most helpful and polite and dealt with my query promptly.

First, this company can be trusted. When I sold my house in Alicante the money was transferred without problems. Second, they have a very high service level. They called me on multiple occasions to explain how things works and what will happen. Finally, since I am a Swede they allocated native Swedish speaking staff to manage our relationship. Flawless!

Having a person to talk with on the phone and discuss process and details. Grace was very good at contacting me particularity with the time difference here in New Zealand.

I recently had cause to have interactions with Currencies Direct. The gentleman who helped me enormously, Mr Eathan Carne, was very helpful. I'm not great at technology and Mr Carne was very patient guiding me through this. Friendly and I would recommend him to other clients. Knowledgeable at his job. Timely response to queries, quality customer service and assistance.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. What started as a simple reason to pay for a vintage vehicle in America turned into a complete nightmare with my bank HSBC. Not only did they block the transaction but tried to charge huge amounts of exchange rate commission!
Along came Megan Lee from Currencies direct to my rescue, one call, two emails, sorted, seller received monies and was very happy having suffered delays with UK institutions. Excellent service thank you.

I find the processes not intuitive but the staff very helpful and knowledgable

Currency direct informed me that the money was sent to my bank account since the 24th July. A week went by and no money received. I called customer service and they told me that the hold up is on my bank. After many calls to my bank and them insisting that the hold up is not with them, Currencies Direct established that it was their associated bank that has held the money and asked for some questions. The questions were all answered when the money was sent. Nevertheless, after the questions were answered you would hope that that would be it and the money would he released. Well, it's the 12th August (updated) and the money has still not arrived and with no idea when it will get there. It has been such a frustrating experience, and I am baffled how a bank can hold money back for so long without an explanation.

Zach was very helpful, he explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Currencies Direct.

Reliable and a pleasure to work with, efficient and easy process

My account was looked after 5 attemps to login failed..i was in the UK on my UK number as my Spanish sim wasn't with me to recieve a Code to identity me.however,one call sorted it out without any fuiste...they put my UK number on to recieve an identity Code.. that sorted it out and now my account is back to normal using again biometrics to login.thank you so much for your pation currencies direct.
