I purchased a heat pump tumble dryer from Currys online with a five year maintenance plan, delivery, removal of old Tumble dryer and fitting of the new one for my 95 year old father. The installer didn’t plumb it in or level it, saying it had no waste pipe when it actually does. The dryer was left wobbly and the waste pipe extension was missing from the box. Customer service put me on hold multiple times and didn’t call back as promised. After a lot of back and forth they refunded the £15 fitting fee and gave a £20 voucher they didn’t want to do this and I had to be insistent to get the £15 fitting fee sent back to my account. I rang them again today to ask them to send me the missing drain pipe as I went down to install the product myself for dad. what a performance I had to provide them with a video of the appliance before they would do anything I am now told that some one will contact me within 24hours. So here I am waiting for a telephone call my dad had the tumble dryer delivered Thursday and paid for fitting and he I am chasing a rather lack lustre customer services department who are following procedure. Unbelievable Poor service for a brand new appliance and for an elderly 95year old customer who can’t walk without aid. Goodness knows how he would have coped with this on his own

The recent experience at curry’s St George’s, was really really good and the sales person who served Dixita was really good and the knowledgeable. And the manager Ash was professional and patience stood out, and it made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s great to see such excellent customer service, and it definitely reflects well on your store.

No hassle. Washing machine in very quickly. Tested to check everything was working before they left . Very happy

We were told it would be available to collect on 1/5/26. I hadn't received an email to say it was available to collect but I went in to check & was told they'd had no click/collect items delivered, but it should be delivered today ... I've not received any communication about this yet 😕

I was served by Prem who I have dealt with on many occasions and the item was picked quickly with her help. Prem is super friendly and very experienced so was able to answer all my questions.

The man on the shop floor was very helpful and knew what he was talking about He talked us through everything

Very polite delivery driver. He called me 20 mins before arrival which was good. Very efficient in and out within 5 mins

Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Very slightly more expensive like 2% cheaper but I will always support local shops as they are dying out. Nice to still be able to touch and appraise the product while getting some food advice from the staff👍

Jack, the salesperson was very patient in explaining how the printer worked.

Sharon was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We could take an item away with us and arranged delivery for the weekend, which arrived very early so that we could continue the process of a house move immediately and not wait around all day. A great service from start to finish. Thank you Sharon 😀

We were trying to replace our old printer, which had stopped working, but we were concerned about the cost of ink cartridges. The member of staff, Norman, was very knowledgable and therefore also a great help in us deciding which printer would be the best choice for our situation. We are very pleased with our purchase!
