We dealt with an assistant called Skye

We dealt with an assistant called Skye. She could not have done more She was absolutely amazing. She was so patient when we had a problem with our credit card and she found us the best deal and the best delivery dates If every assistant was this good we would shop there more often

The sales assistant

The sales assistant, John, made me feel appreciated and at ease from the start. He checked the items I wanted and found a suitable replacement for the one that wasn't in stock. He then advised me on delivery, collection and insurance prices for the items, without making me feel pressured to buy, but the prices were too good to not take them up. His professionalism meant I left the store with everything I needed.

Poorly trained delivery and fitting operative and robotic customer services

I purchased a heat pump tumble dryer from Currys online with a five year maintenance plan, delivery, removal of old Tumble dryer and fitting of the new one for my 95 year old father. The installer didn’t plumb it in or level it, saying it had no waste pipe when it actually does. The dryer was left wobbly and the waste pipe extension was missing from the box. Customer service put me on hold multiple times and didn’t call back as promised. After a lot of back and forth they refunded the £15 fitting fee and gave a £20 voucher they didn’t want to do this and I had to be insistent to get the £15 fitting fee sent back to my account. I rang them again today to ask them to send me the missing drain pipe as I went down to install the product myself for dad. what a performance I had to provide them with a video of the appliance before they would do anything I am now told that some one will contact me within 24hours. So here I am waiting for a telephone call my dad had the tumble dryer delivered Thursday and paid for fitting and he I am chasing a rather lack lustre customer services department who are following procedure. Unbelievable Poor service for a brand new appliance and for an elderly 95year old customer who can’t walk without aid. Goodness knows how he would have coped with this on his own
