I love the piercings from CustomPlugs. Super fast shipping, friendly and helpful customer service, and exceptionally high-quality, unique piercings!
I often get compliments on the beautiful jewelry because you can’t buy pieces like these here in Germany.
I always enjoy ordering from them again and again and can highly recommend them to everyone!

I’ve been stretching my ears for a long time and these custom plugs have easily become my go-to. The sizing is bang on and they’re super comfortable to wear, even for longer periods. The finish is really smooth, so no irritation or sore spots like I’ve had with cheaper plugs before. They go in easily, sit well, and just feel solid and well made.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, but I also want to mention the packaging because it genuinely stood out. The added artwork on the parcel and the bags is a really nice touch and makes the whole thing feel more personal and thought-through, not just another generic order. Everything arrived well protected and clearly cared for.

Overall, the quality has been consistently great and you can tell a lot of attention goes into both the products and the presentation. I’d definitely recommend these to anyone stretching their ears properly and I’ll 100% be ordering again.

Great range, sizes and quality

I’ve ordered a few times from Custom Plugs now but today I thought they were really worth a 5 star review! I ordered another pair of earring tunnels that I had my eye on but I noticed another packet upon arrival. When opening it there was a gorgeous tear drop set in my size plugs a mix of stone and wood that were simply stunning! They had left a note saying they had noticed me ordering a couple of times and as a thankyou they gave a free gift in my size! What fantastic customer service! I simply adore this company now!

I’ve been ordering from Custom Plugs for years, however this recent order I am still waiting to receive. I ordered it on the 29th of December, Customer Service were very helpful but are no longer responding to me - tracking has not updated on original order or on replacement order that was sent last week, neither seem to have made it to Royal Mail, will try and be a bit more patient but if not unfortunately will have to open a dispute with my bank as I have still received nothing :( will unfortunately not be ordering from this retailer again

Their products are great and high quality, but it’s their customer service that truly sets them apart. I recently had an issue, and the team especially Ella - handled it quickly, kindly, and with real care. Even when they didnt need to, they always go above and beyond to help and make sure you’re completely happy.

I’ve been ordering from Custom Plugs for years and always loved their products and fast shipping. A little while ago (I’m only just getting round to posting this so the date is an estimate) they really helped me out when I dropped and broke one of my favourite plugs which was one of the limited edition plugs that were no longer on their website. They helped me source a new one and I am so grateful.

I've ordered from Custom Plugs a few times and the quality never misses the mark. They keep you well updated with your order and my orders have always arrived really fast. The jewellery itself always feels high quality and comfortable to wear - I honestly wish I'd found this store sooner!

So, I will say, for the amount of money spent, I’m highly disappointed. The way that these were advertised, it made one think that the images would be legible. I’ll give credit to the Death star ones, they aren’t AS bad as the R2D2 ones, but still.. this is unacceptable. I also understand these were made overseas, but I’m not sure where the loss or lack of product visibility would get tarnished in the timeframe it took for them to get to us.
As a wedding gift to my soon to be wife, I’m a bit embarrassed.

I already paid €9 for the delivery, and the courier forced me to pay an additional €6.
This is outrageous.

I believe your store has seriously crossed the line. I was forced to pay again for a delivery that I had already paid for, and which was delivered well beyond the promised timeframe.
This situation is outrageous and completely unprofessional.
I am not interested in who you are trying to shift the blame onto.
You use a courier service, I already paid for it, and this is not my problem.
It is not my fault that, due to some mistake, my parcel followed a strange route, left continental Europe, and then was sent back again.

Quality plugs, quality stretching kits (just got my septum one), very nice designs and i've been purchasing for quite a few years and have never been disappointed with any of the products.

So what can I say about your customer service. Carmelo who's been helping me has been amazing. New her stuff nothing was to much trouble. She was so friendly and helpful. Resolved my issue straight away just great. Custom Plugs in general 10 out of 10. There stuff is amazing quality, the delivery is quick and safe over all the best place to buy your stuff from. These are my latest purchases

Aside from the excellent range of products of proper quality (of which I’ve made 3 orders of 4 items since discovering the company!) the customer service has been second to none

I had an item arrive broken, the email support was so quick and genuine to solve the issue and I had a replacement in my hands only 2 days later!

My other orders have arrived so quickly and are exactly what I wanted, I won’t go anywhere else for my plugs/tunnel/ear weight needs from now on

Unfortunately I did have an issue with my order, (technically issue, new system made an error and their emial that followed a couple days later went to my junk, not their fault) but it happens, I gave them a call and their response was absolutely brilliant, did everything they said they would and more, will happily use them again and again and highly recommend

I have over 17 piercings and have never had an issue with them falling out, Whilst this sites jewellery is absolutely fantastic, I’ve lost 3/4 of the piercings I’ve ordered due to them falling out on their own!, if you want jewellery that’ll last 3 days before falling out randomly whilst out and about I’d highly recommend … other than this huge flaw, the jewellery, shipping and team are lovely

My order came super quickly, this is my third time ordering from them. Their stuff always comes in great condition and very well made! I would definitely recommend :)
