The company they used delivered it to the wrong apartment. But they still marked it as delivered. When I contacted the shipping company they told me to go to the apartment they left it at and ask for it. I contacted the company and told them I wanted a refund and they kept making excuses I had to dispute the charge.

Love my case.
I love the fact that I was able to pick the design for my case. I had a little issue with the first case, but they jumped right in and corrected it asap.

Case was fine quality, but when it was ordered, I got charged twice for it. Reached out to customer service and they basically said oh well. Not our problem. I've ordered a few cases over the years and this case is not worth what I had to pay for it. Last time I'll use this company.

Never received my package I paid almost 40$ they said it was delivered to the given address and was not to be found. The tracking website states “no the right address” and “failed to delivered” don’t order here it’s a scam!

I ordered a photo phone case for my wife for mother's day and it came out perfect! Exactly like the photos I put on and the quality isn't grainy or dark.

I paid for express shipping and I still haven't gotten my package its been two weeks and it was a mothers day gift that I didn't get to give my mom and I still haven't received it yet I'm beginning to think I got scammed

I absolutely love the products I got sent! Customer service is top notch, got back to me within 15 minutes of me sending the message. I had some issues with my order but it was to a fault of my own. They were kind and understanding of my mistake and sent me a coupon to help me reorder the product (since it is a custom item that I ordered exchanges were not possible). The quality of the product is nice and will do it to your specifications. Received my items in about 2 weeks.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the case. For how much I spent I would have expected something a little bit more than just a thin layer of plastic. Not only that but the ink was smudged.

I've ordered a case for my phone, and the 1st thing I didn't like was that the website mentions NOTHING that the product comes from China, and the only way how I found out about it, was when I received half of the email confirmation in Chinese language (and I don't speak Chinese!). I was unaware because it wasn't mentioned before, so I felt deceived. If it did mention it's a Chinese website, I would have been more cautious and have chosen a different website to order from.
The 2nd thing that went wrong was that while it's not a cheap phone case, (over $32), the quality of the print was not the greatest. It turned out darker, orange looking, and with lower resolution. I reached out to the Company to either refund me my money or get it properly redone. In response, they tried to sell me another case for $12 or at least for $5 (just to pay the shipping, as they said). I insisted that since it wasn't my mistake, I shouldn't be imposed to pay even more money than I've already paid. I'm glad I didn't, because what I've received today was not much different from the 1st one. They did redo the case, sent a picture of how it looked beforehand, but it was hard to tell on the picture. However, when the redone case came today, it looked overexposed, still orange looking with even more uneven/unbalanced colors now, and still lower resolution. It was disappointing... I didn't want to ask them to redo it again and have them to waste more money on shipping, because it didn't seem like they have a high quality printing machine. So I decided to just keep them, because I couldn't justify to pay for the shipping back for the 1st one and the 2nd one they re-did. I'm keeping them, even though that both of them are of a quality lower than expected. I'm disappointed and now every day will be looking forward to have a new phone and a new case im the future. Obviously, I will not buy from them again. The quality isn't worth the money they charge. I don't recommend them either. Though the case itself is good.

I just received the phone case for an IPhone 14 Pro Max, that I purchased as a gift and it came with a line/smudge of some sort that has ruined the gift. Other than that, the case is decent, it’s not the quality I was expecting per the website. The shipping was not as long as I expected. It could’ve been a better gifting experience if the case wasn’t compromised.

This photo case was exactly what I was looking for. It is very well made and durable. It also helps to prevent the iPhone 13 Pro Max
from slipping out of my hand. I was able to put seven family photos on it. I do wish that you could resize the photos. Thanks for making such a great product!

I love my phone case. It was exactly what I ordered and it came on time. Customer service was excellent. I was able to track my order from time of shipment to delivery.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. It has now been over one year. Yet with promises of getting product ordered still have not received dog beds that were ordered. Call customer service and have no answers. Can't wait to verify this complaint again to keep it posted. They try really hard to get bad posts removed. I have all my proof of the order and payment yet no product.

I was very happy with the quality of the phone case I ordered. They shipped my phone case very quickly which I was super happy about. I will definitely order from here again. Compared to other companies that offer the same product for a way higher price I would highly recommend getting your phone case from customtify which sells their products for a way lower price.
