I absolutely LOVE my custom phone case. The pictures came out great! Had slight issue with shipping (I live in US but order form kept putting UK by default) but they fixed it and I received it quickly. I have now shown 3 of my friends and they want to order too! And I plan on ordering again!!

OMGoodness. What a top notch product. The picture case is phenomenal. Picture quality is amazing. Sooo very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I ordered a 1500 custom puzzle and the picture quality was good but the material quality is awful. The puzzle comes in sections still stuck together and when you attempt to undo the puzzle the wood bends and snaps so easily. And then get this, once the puzzle has been completely taken apart, it no longer fits in the box and the lid doesn’t close. A refund was refused and a phone case was offered instead. Sucks I couldn’t give this gift to my friend…

I ordered a custom made iPhone case for my husband. It turned out better then I thought. I will definitely get another for a gift for my daughter.

I ordered a custom puzzle from Customtify and received no confirmation email, any shipping updates or anything of the like. When the puzzle arrived, the pieces (made of extremely cheap wood) are mostly snapped in half. The wood is so brittle that it flakes. I’ve been emailing back and forth regarding a refund, and they continue to offer me phone cases to replace the puzzle. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

The phone cases are amazing, they got delivered in a sealed protective package and the prints look great.
Service team was spot on as I had some issues with the delivery courier and they went the extra mile with prompt support!

First of all, the quality of the items I have ordered is excellent! Especially the blankets. It's insane. Second, I actually messed up and bought the wrong phone case. Was 100% my fault. They still gave me a $5 coupon to help me get the correct one. They didn't have to but they still did. I'm super thankful and have never had such great customer service. I'm definitely going to keep buying things off of here. 😁

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM CUSTOMIFY!!! I Ordered a phone case cover and paid for expedited shipping. I didn't receive it until 10 days later yet paid for 3-4 day shipping. The phone cover was not even the correct size and was junk. Not only is the address listed for the UK not true, its really from China (real address below). I sent multiple emails requesting a full refund they responded that I would have to pay to ship it back to China and then they will give me the money back. They want me to pay more money to get a refund?? They are shady and not honest. It's a scam!

Ordered a custom phone cover from Customitfy.com with family pictures for my daughter for xmas and the quality of the pictures on the phone case is terrible. I emailed customer service
stating how dissatisfied I am and all I get is back in forth
about a discount and no
mention of a refund dispite 5 request with each email back in forth. I should have gone with Shutterfly! Don't use Customitfy unless you want to be highly disappointed.

I love this company and my purchase. I was very nervous that I wouldn’t receive my purchase in time. Not only did I receive it in time for Xmas, but the quality of the cell phone case for such a decent price is amazing. It’s very durable and will protect the phone.
