Their customer service is awful
Their customer service is awful. I used Apple Pay to check out and it input the wrong address. I immediately emailed customer service and tried calling. I sent an email every day till I heard back. It was three days later and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and then I need to call the Postal Service when the order ships. This creates a lot more headache for me than them just canceling the order in the first place after I immediately emailed them and called them.

I paid extra for return coverage
I paid extra for return coverage, and now that I am trying initiate the return, the website is blocking that capability and no one is responding from customer service via email - it's been a full week. Tough look for an internet based clothing company to not offer free returns, charge you for that ability, then not work with you to actually accept the return. There are far better companies to work with out there, Cuts is a one and done for me.

Update: After posting the review, they quickly reached out and provided a refund, including the shipping protection which was a nice touch. Additionally, they provided me a discount code for my trouble which was also appreciated. I told them I would adjust my review to reflect the resolution.
Is the good customer service in the room with us?
I’ve never had so much difficulty with a return. I ordered a size large and included the return protection in case I needed to size down. Turns out I did, so I submitted a request for an exchange. The other size sold out and so they sent me a gift card instead of a refund. I emailed asking for a refund instead. It’s been 7 days and I’ve been passed to 3 different reps and no one can figure out how to simply provide me a refund. On top of that, the shirt fabric was rough and cheap…like something you’d get from SHEIN, not an $80 tee.

Don’t accept returns or exchanges outside of the US
Ok merchandise but they size very big and if you are not in the US they don’t accept returns or exchanges . I lost 650$ of merchandise that was just way too big . I even offered to cross the border to return the items but they refused . I did not see anything about that when I placed the order .

I have been a Cuts customer for several years. Every product has been well made, and fit me well.
With this latest order, Ivan has been there every step of the way to help resolve a shipping issue. The shipping company completely dropped the ball, and tracking was a nightmare, but that is not the fault of the Cuts brand. They are great people with great products.
When my package did not arrive in a timely manner, Ivan quickly sent out an express replacement package.
I love Cuts products and their impeccable customer service. Top grade!

Decent cut and fit on the Rivera polo. Arm sticking around the shoulder is a joke. Wouldn't recommend and probably purchase from here again, it’s that bad, like a child did it….. wait they probably did! Anyway, trash for a midrange price point.
Worst Customer service of all time
Quality has gone down hill and customer support is nonexistent now. Trust me, this business is going to go under. Avoid at all costs because customer service is the worst out of any clothing company I’ve ever purchased from.
Edit: Cuts reached out to me and asked me multiple times to edit my review so here is my edit:
Incident 1: On 9/6/25, I reached out to Cuts because a pair of pants I ordered from them had a bunch of loose threads coming out and quality was not up to par. I received a response acknowledging quality was not up to par based on the photo I submitted and was promised a return label I never received. After WEEKS of going back and forth for a return label, I was told I would just receive a refund for the product and I could keep it since they messed up in not providing a return label after so many weeks. This also never happened. I didn't receive a return label or refund. Cuts finally responded saying they won't give me the refund they initially promised me weeks prior and that I should just cut the loose threads off the pants myself and accept it as is. After going back and forth for almost TWO months and 34 emails later, I finally got a return label. THIRTY FOUR EMAILS.
Incident 2: I purchased a Cuts boost on 8/24/25, where I pay an additional 10 dollars at checkout to get 20 off my next order. When I went to place my next order, the Cuts boost never triggered. I reached out to Cuts on 1/15/26 regarding the missing Cuts boost. ZERO response. I sent a follow up email on 1/22/26. ZERO response. They basically stole my 10 dollars.
Incident 3: I purchased shirts that got delivered to the wrong address on 3/16/26. They went from using reputable delivery services to these cheaper courier services, who delivered my package to some random building I don't even recognize in the photos. When I responded to the delivery service, they checked and acknowledged/verified they indeed did deliver the package to the wrong address and suggested I reach out to Cuts for a refund or reshipment. I already knew I wouldn't get a response, but I emailed anyway about 2-3 times, with again, ZERO RESPONSE.
I finally wrote this review on Trustpilot, and what do you know, ALL OF THE SUDDEN they have the ability to respond to emails and address concerns. Magically after writing this review, they were able to reship the product and provide the missing cuts boost 3 MONTHS LATER, while of course, begging me to change my review on Trustpilot.
For context, its never about the money, and always about the principle. When I first discovered Cuts, I spent over a 1000 with them. Not anymore. I only like to do any type of business with people/companies I trust. Customer service is crucial to that. Cuts is not a company you can trust or have any faith in. Their customer service will absolutely be their downfall. Bank on it. I just shop with Rhone and Vuori now. Significantly better companies.
