The CV Library Support team is very good. My Account Manager, Courtney Jackson (CJ) has been extremely helpful in guiding me through how better to maximise my job adverts and to have specific candidates with the right Boolean searches.
CJ was very knowledgeable and I took on board some great tips!

We're possibly looking to add a new team member, so I signed up for the free trial. Shortly afterwards, Jacqui Wilson got in touch to see if I'd like a quick call.

I'll admit, I was expecting the usual sales pitch and assumed I'd end up being pressured into signing up. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Jacqui was genuinely lovely. We spent 15 minutes chatting about recruitment, the market and a range of other topics. There was no sales patter, no pressure, no request for card details—just honest, helpful advice.

It's refreshing to deal with someone who focuses on being helpful rather than selling. That interaction alone has left a great impression, and because of it, CV-Library will definitely be one of the first places we look when we recruit our next team member.
