CWCS Managed Hosting Reviews 

I have recently shut down the hosting side of my business, and so have also shut down a dedicated server which has been hosted for me for over 7 years by CWCS. I am taking the belated opportunity to express my thanks to CWCS for a great hosting experience. For a busy server hosting a large number of domains, we experienced remarkably few problems in all that time, and those that we did encounter were always dealt with promptly and with friendly expertise. This is not only a testimony to the quality of the hardware and networking infrastructure provided by CWCS, but of course equally importantly, to the quality of their tech support. I also want to express a special debt of gratitude for the patience and helpfulness shown by CWCS when the time came to close down the server. As anyone who has run a busy server hosting websites/emails/APIs/etc will know, helping your customers to move away to other providers is a complex and time-consuming process, and CWCS went above and beyond in enabling me to get this done in the best timescale I could manage (which I'm sorry to say was considerably longer than originally agreed!). The fact that I was so well treated at the end of a contract says a lot. Thank you CWCS.

I've been with CWCS since 2018 when they absolutely saved me - long story, but our website had gone down with another hosting company, the website was totally corrupted and NO hosting company was able to get us up and running again. Step in CWCS - they got the website up and running overnight, and were also super lovely to deal with! The whole team are very helpful - I've recently just upgraded to a more powerful server with them and everyone, from customer support, to the tech guys, were fab. I cannot fault them! I've been with at least 5 hosting companies over the years, from small independents to the bigger guys - CWCS are by FAR the best. It's always really frustrating when trying to choose a hosting company and to know who is good - I hope this review helps someone out there who is doing their research right now on which hosting company to pick, and to give some clarity. CWCS rock!

So happy that I migrated. My websites load much faster on your server. Technical support is fantastic.

I spent a few hours installing equipment at the CWCS co-location. There was staff member there the whole time we were on site to help us if any issue arose. We did have some issues, all of which were resolved in a way that felt like we were listened to. Internet access was provided via a single cable, with an IP address range as promised. It worked first time with no hassle. So in summary: very friendly and helpful staff; good attention to detail and problem solving options; decent rack space if you need to have some devices hosted. I look forward to working with CWCS in the future.

Had a problem last night with my server. The technical team responded within 2 minutes when I called and identied the problem within 10 minutes and fixed within 15 minutes. Pleased with the technical response which reassures me someone is on the end of a line at all times.

Recurring contracts are something CWCS do not inform you of. We have currently been invoiced for 2 years of services after the initial first year. We did not order or agree to a 2nd or 3rd year as our sites where being hosted with another company. Be very aware of what you sign and read the small print with CWCS.

We have used CWCS for a number of years. Service from both sales and support staff has always been excellent. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for managed server hosting.

We have been CWCS clients for many years running various server solutions in that time. The service we have received in all those years has never changed ... always excellent! Every support message has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

I can only repeat what has been said below on this page. I am with CWCS for most likely 15 years by now and the number of incidents in that time has been very small. And if there was one the team has worked very efficiently and fast to resolve it. I like the uncomplicated ticket system and the response time with its communication links.Well done and thanks for the excellent service again. I can only recommend CWCS as a truly good hosting business.

Have been using CWCS services for nearly 10 years. They have just got better and better. Reliability is virtually 100%. But when something does go wrong, their support staff really do everything they can to help and even if it is something they can't do while on the phone, they will work until resolved. The support team seem to communicate with each other and so even if someone goes off shift, the problem is taken over by someone else. Great service.

I'm extremely pleased with the service and support by CWCS. Their infrastructure works very well and their support is fast and run by knowledgeable people. I would recommend CWCS without hesitation to any other business looking for a reliable service provider.

I have used CWCS Hosting for my domain name for several years and have found them excellent to deal with. On the occasions where I have contacted technical support, they have always been user friendly, efficient and I have never had any complaints.

We have had a few things going on over the last few months.. New servers, new firewalls, IPS \ IDS, new switches, new cabinets, servers moving around the country to name a few... And I have to say we have been very impressed with CWCS. They have listened to our needs, got the right people involved at the right times, done what we have asked at the times we have asked and all in all been a pleasure to work with.
