Beware of bad bike repair service and price change
I have been a customer of the Valby Langgade store for 3 years and used their services many times, but today they lost me as a customer due to bad service (again):
I always noticed two things: (1) they always try to say a different price when it's time to pick up the bike. I heard at least 4 times "actually it took longer and it was harder so the price is higher". Recently the same hapenned again. (2) Whenever I fix something in the bike with them and I leave the store, the bike always had some new issue, casued by them. For example, change the tires, now go home.. and notice that the breaks are loose. Pay for a full bike review and instead of having everything fixed, they just do some half baked badly made service and leave a lot of loose points.
Since AGAIN I felt into the tricky of "oh it was harder, so it's more expensive" and also I just wanted the tube changed, but after picking up the bike all bike parts were very loose, including with the break barely working. So I can't recommend their services anymore and they lost a loyal customer.
