Nice to buy, not to get help
Very easy to collect if know what to buy.
I was in the store more than one time, but the help to choose my bike was not as expected, the seller just showed me the website, not inputting any other information then the one in the screen, even I having the website printed in my hands... I could have looked it from home instead going there. After that, I went to friends/family to get help choosing. Once I have chosen everything, the service to deliver was as it should be. No problems at all.

Bought a lock
Bought a lock. The lock was of bad quality and not nice to use. The key broke also. Spoke with the customer service which agreed that I will reimbursed with the money, which is not always the case. Customer service was friendly, fast and professional! Will be a loyal customer from now on!

Exceptional bike shop
Bought my bike here and all the extra assessories were assembled on for free. The store personnel are knowledgable, always kind, and go out of their way to help. Got a reminder when it was time for the 2-month checkup. I can only say good things about this store.
