Unbelievably bad company and products. Bivvy faded within a week. Will not accept returns. Latest word is the company is now in the hole. People ordered products with no items received and no replies to emails. No phone number to contact them.

I ordered the Cyprinus CapWrap Skull Wrap fits Trakker® Tempest® Advanced 150 Bivvy Green.
They sent me a CapWrap that doesn't fit the Tempest 150.
I described the problem, sent photos, at first they did not want to talk at all.
Then they told me to send the CapWrap back to them, only then would they refund me. They promised me that they would also refund me for the return shipping!
Yes, when they received the parcel sent by me, they returned the money for CapWrap and the contact broke off. They didn't refund me for the return shipping, they haven't replied to my emails in a month.
Please stay away from this company even though the quality of the products is good.

As far as warmth goes it's warm but I thought the magnatex 5 season bag was supposed to be well thought out . The outer bag does not zip in half and won't wash in a normal washing machine . So now I have a bag I can't wash . Never would of bought if I had known it was so poorly designed. Ngt got it right at half the price .

Brolly collapsed as the wire snapped around the centre boss, contacted them about it and got some rude and obnoxious, unhelpful little person with no customer service skills whatsoever managing to put me off from ever using this company ever again! Avoid like the plague

Brilliant products of the very highest quality at competitive prices. I have been carp fishing since the mid eighties so I have plenty of experience when it comes to buying equipment. I have bought my last two fishing shelters from Cyprinus and I am blown away by how good they are. You would pay at least twice as much for a shelter of similar design and quality from other companies. I fish regularly and all year round. As such my bivvies are subject to a lot of use and the very worst weather that this country can throw at them. They are not just rolled out for a few nights when the weather is nice. Any shortcomings would soon show up after such serious use and abuse. I am happy to say that after several years of using their products I have not experienced any problems. I have been told that their customer service is second to non. However I personally can not vouch for that never having had the need to contact them. Take it from a genuine customer spending their own money I am very happy with my purchases.

Bought this a while ago, and finally got to use it for the first time in France. It's an amazing bivvy and looks brill, got plenty of compliments throughout the week. I spent a while looking at bivvies, and finally found this one which ticks all the boxes for me. I bought several extras... the skull cap actually kept it cool, along with the additional full mozzy mesh front which I used almost all week. The vented windows were almost always open and it kept so cool, even in 40 degree heat. I used the additional full plastic front with the windows cracked open when we had a full storm and it was perfect (allowed perfect ventilation during a storm). I love the panoramic vision from the bivvy. Great bivvy, very pleased. I could not fault it, the room was brilliant. The only slight improvement I would suggest would be to have the internal pockets higher like in my brolly.
I cannot vouch for the longevity as I've only used it for a week but seems good quality.

I spend a lot of time on the cyprinus site watching for bargains... I've got the pleasure dome bivvy first then I got the typhoon storm and all the extras you can get to go with it of which still I've got no complaints with and recently bought the camo k2 brolly system and utility front and mozzy net and all I can say is if there is a slight problem they always try help you as quick as they can the delivery is quick and I've got no complaints at all with any of my items I've bought off them all I can say is take a look try thdm I've had all bargains off them and can't complain at all

Wow what a amazing company so helpful and get back you very quickly I must say the bivvy I got is one of the best bivvy I've had and I've been carp fishing for 40 years so I've had a lot there was something wrong with the ground sheet and they sent one out the next day amazing.

The service offered by cyprinus has been exceptional. I have recently ordered and received a 5 season sleep system and typhoon storm bivvy with various other bits. The skull cap arrived in a different colour and having raised this issue Nina was quick to respond offering an exchange. Hopefully the replacement is sent out just as quickly. I am also returning an item I no longer want and again the returns process is very quick and easy. I did have an issue with one item taking nearly a week to arrive but this was a courier issue and again Nina did try and help track it down and give me a hand in resolving the issue with DHL. The products are of good quality and at the price point I believe every angler should give them a go!
