I ordered a new typhoon mk2 dpm bivvy that I was notified by cyprinus via email that there was a flash sale on, there was a £200 reduction on original price!! So I ordered the bivvy and within 3 days it arrived and that was with free p+p!! The bivvy was well packed and was exactly as described, even had a couple of extras thrown in. Fantastic service, amazing product and speed of delivery for something that big and for free, I'm well impressed. A few more fishing items will definitely be getting ordered from cyprinus! 10/10

Skull cap for trakker 100 brolly: skull cap fits a treat, found away of adjusting front peak, used a couple of bivvy peg end protectors to slip on to the locator pins extends the peak and can tension from the back works a treat.

The customer service is second to non. Nina what an absolute pleasure you was to deal with. I have used cyprinus many time now as the bivvy build quality is excellent (really is up there with the so called top make brands). I came across a problem with the Typhoon MH social utility cap in DPM and it was swapped almost immediately virtuallyno questios asked. It was actually planned to be delivered in September as no stock was showing but like I said above the excellent Nina searched and found me a replacent within 4 days. Your 5* customer service has again left a smile on my face.

Cyprinus, has come a long way from where they were many years ago.
I have been carp fishing for over 40 years, and I have to say the recent stuff I’ve purchased from cyprinus has been nothing short of great, we all have issues when fishing and conditions challenge us and the equipment.
The Ripstop bivvy I purchased 12 months ago has gone through some testing and I love it.
We all know that anything can break, as I bent one of the legs, however after explaining the situation to the Cyprinus team the sent a new leg out the very next day no questions ask.
That’s the sort of support needed when it’s required.
I personally think with a little more work they could be the leaders in the market.

The staff are Cyprinus have been excellent in many ways. The delivery times are often delivered early and any item damaged is replaced without any problem.

I bought the k9 brolly system earlier in the year it’s a great piece of equipment very versatile
Great inside during the day if need to catch up on sleep etc really stops the light
So recently bought the camo mossy mess insert again another lovely piece of kit to complement the bivvy great service fast delivery

Bought cyprinus Typhoon mh the other week , not had chance to get out on the bank with it As yet, but set it up in garden day I got, seems well made and was quick to put up/ take down. I went with cyprinus as had heard good things regarding customer service, I had 1 issue The groundsheet was missing, I emailed to let them no and they sent one out straight away, great customer service so far👌🏻

This is my 2nd purchase from cyprinus for bivvys and I do not have a problem with them and will continue to use them
