excellent customer service. Dhl lost a shipment from Cyprinus so I contacted Cyprinus and there help and response was quality. They shipped a new one within minutes to be delivered the next morning . well pleased and thanks to all at Cyprinus

I ordered a Storm bivvy on 29 April.
The day it arrived, I tried to erect it, but was unable to as it had a faulty zip on the front panel.
I immediately contacted Cyprinus to return the bivvy for a refund over a month ago, and I've neither been contacted or received a refund.... disgusted.

I will certainly never use this company again. Poor product and appalling customer service.

Update: received notification of a refund as soon as I posted this review.

Further update: I returned the bivvy, and did not receive an email reply. After a month, and another reminder from me, I received an apology for the refund being 'missed'. This is your failure not mine... your plethora of dreadful reviews tells the story of poor products and appalling service.

Reading these reviews it's like a different company. Ive had a Typoon for 3 years and is in great condition still. I just purchased a Social front for it. I ordered the wrong one and customer services were great taking it back and sending the one I wanted out super fast. I also bent one of the supports and managed to get a replacement delivered for under £20.

Purchased a Typhoon DPM bivvy, after 3 outings the interior coating was completely gone and the bivvy was ‘see through’ … Cyprinus did replace it, however 3 outings with the replacement and exactly the same has happened again. The quality is terrible. Do not buy from them.

No contact telephone number at all,
we can only message them through face book messenger when they can be bothered to reply.
Also well known for removing any face book comments that show a customers legit posts about any bad experiences with poor quality products.

Got the k2 brolly system from them after 6 months of light use the brolly has faded already and on the inside it has all cracked really bad really poor quality when charging top prices! Stay away

An absolute joke of a company. Bought a bivvy from them and after a week's use the fading was unbelievable, I contacted them and was not offered any explanation or offer of replacement only to be told that fading was inevitable which may be right over time but SIX days.
Do not buy from these

Service is abysmal, I was repeatedly given false dates for delivery of a product. Constant excuses and did not keep to their promised delivery schedule. They also didn’t update me when delivery would not take place, I had to constantly chase up my order, which to date has still not been delivered. Avoid disappointment and shop with a credible alternative provider.

Very very poor quality, after spending £550 on a brand new bivvy then buying a utility front for it the fading where the wrap covered was unbelievable. All I'm getting of them is links to bivvy care. This was set up and used for 3 days only, they deleted my comments and now I'm going through PayPal then trading standards if need be to get satisfaction. I'm a tackle consultant for a large catfish company and I'll not hold back with the truth of what has happened, no offer of a swap or any other help whatsoever at the moment.

Won a bivvy on the auction at a very good price.
The bivvy arrived at my house 18hours after I payed for it.
I've seen all the bivvys on the market just about and this typhoon is up there with the best of them without the carp tax.
I would definitely recommend cyprinus

This company is a joke ...
Do not go on there bidding auctions as I won and when I refreshed it added another 3 mins and some body bid and so I put another bid in and won but when I refreshed again it added another 8 plus mins and the same person was still the winner and my bid was not on

Total utter joke .. BEWARE ....
GO to tackle discounts better stuff and cheaper

I bought a chair from them and returned it. They've had it back for a week and haven't returned the money they don't answer emails or phone messages, tweets or Facebook messages. Very poor service, beware.
