Product arrived in good time, but disappointing that an expensive laptop was left in a communal entrance in a shared block of flats

Order made 3 March 2016 but only received one black cartridge - still waiting for 3 high yield colour cartridges and a reply to my query via their online contact form. I'm willing to reconsider this review if they ever bother to get back to me and deliver what I've paid for!!!

Items that were allegedly "in-stock" for dispatch within two hours but were not. My order was stuck "in processing" for over a week before dispatch. After long waits on the phone I was told one item was out of stock with no known delivery date so I cancelled it. I was then promised immediate delivery & a follow up email. Neither happened. Then I was told that there was a problem with their computer system which stopped them checking on payment. Again the follow up email or call never happened. Eventually the goods arrived with no explanation of what had gone before --- or indeed apology.
Certainly not a company to use if you have an urgent requirement.

The price of the product I ordered (Toshiba Aerocast) was better than anywhere else I could find and arrived within a few days with the free delivery service.

Dabs is my first choice for computer related purchases. They have a massive choice of products, competitive prices and very fast deliveries.

My order was very reasonably prices and delivery was super quick, the part was perfect and works fine.

Ordered on a Monday afternoon and delivered on a Saturday afternoon. This is unacceptable in a fiercely competitive marketplace when the goods are in stock. This was supposed to be a "1 to 3 day" delivery timeframe.

Dabs are a pleasure to do business with. Good kit at a good price.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars is their delivery system.
My order was delivered by Parcel Force right near to the end of the day.
This meant I had wasted the whole day waiting in for it and the only information available was that my order was 'out on the van'
This is pretty poor compared to some other operators (such as Scan and DPD) who text or phone giving a one hour window for delivery so that your whole day is not wasted.
Despite that gripe I would definitely buy from DABs again.

Dabs needed to be contacted as the order seemed to have stalled.
Even after 'prodding' the order via the help desk the order took a few more days to arrive.
However, on receipt of my order, they were well packaged and labelled.
The Dell monitor just plugged and played. Excellent.
overall quite satisfied.

Good value for money and fast postage.

This was a smooth transaction for a motherboard and cpu bundle. This was great value for money and the delivery was very prompt.
