The product(dishwasher) was competitively priced.the installation was fitted in fairly quickly. The 2 gentlemen were polite and gave me the feeling of their competence.they made sure the dishwasher was correctly aligned. Very nice chaps!

It's just so easy to choose the appliance and then call the shop with any queries. You can have your old appliance taken away and the new one installed. Completely stress free!

The service that I received from Joe and Kieran was professional but friendly, they were both pleasant and easy to talk to and treated my home carefully while removing and delivering my old and new washing machines. Ordered oven online very easily installed on time without any issues

As a Holmans customer for many years, this was my first experience now they have merged with Dacombes. I needn’t have had any concerns. Same top quality service from beginning to end. Really pleased with the fitting service, they took their time, did the job to a high standard and left the kitchen as they found it.

Joe and Jakub arrived on time, installed the Tumble Dryer efficiently, and gave me clear instructions on how to use the equipment.

Ed and Keiren delivered my new built-in oven. So polite and helpful even though they had to slightly adjust cupboard shelf to fit. Delighted with purchase and found shop personnel who rearranged fitting schedules so I could get my new oven more quickly. Previously used Holmans and will support local suppliers. Prices no higher than some Internet suppliers but such good customer service.

Not an easy job for the delivery men. They had to work very hard to make it fit and they have done a good job.

What a pleasure to deal with this Company. They are very pleasant and helpful and I cannot fault the service I have been given. The engineers who installed my washing machine were so helpful and took care to make sure everything was okay before they left.

The shop staff were very helpful explaining the range of double ovens available and helping our selection. The oven chosen wasn't in stock so we were kept informed of its status and called as soon as one became available.
The installers were very friendly and efficient. The called us just before arrival and arrived within the agreed time slot. The old oven was removed and the new one installed and tested. All packaging was removed and the area left clean and tidy.

Just lovely service from start to finish, from the purchase of my oven, to delivery and installment. Great to have a shop that's traditional, knowledgeable, and of good value on my doorstep. Lots of modern tech in-store too.
