I have been working with Dals for sometime now and I have had a great experience. The process of employment was done very easily by Gabriela. She helped me in every step and was very supportive.

The recruitment and onboarding process was exceptionally smooth With Raluca, also clear and efficient
Since then, the volume of work has been satisfactory, and the internal team provides a friendly, professional environment. However, the current payment rates are significantly below standard UK industry averages and do not accurately reflect the market. While I have also navigated standard operational challenges like difficult clients and poor connectivity, the low remuneration remains a big problem.

I am very pleased to have joined Dals as an interpreter. The recruitment and onboarding process was smooth, clear, and efficient. A special thank you to Gabriela for her excellent support and guidance throughout. She was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive at every stage.

Overall my experience with employment is good

Having just completed my first job with Dals I can say I am satisfied with the whole onboarding process. I was assigned Teodora who helped me through each stage of the application through to the end.

My onboarding process was quite easy and supportive. Though I applied in February this year, they took a long time (May) to get back to me while I was confused the whole time about my application being accepted or not.
My recruiter Raluca was polite, helpful and understanding.

My experience regarding the recruiting process as an interpreter is very positive, they've asked for the documents and I sent them in a very easy way, they have a person only to follow you up and help, Alexandra is great, clear and fast!

The response was fast and polite, with mostly clear instructions. There was some misunderstanding during the process, but it was clarified quickly and professionally.
