Efficient and Professional
Dawson's were extremely efficient and professional throughout the whole process of selling. Siobhan came to my storage container herself and advised which items would sell at auction and then came up with accurate estimates of what these items would go for. The final item ended up in a bidding war and I did even better than anticipated. All in all a very happy experience; I recommend them highly.

Excellent auction and very speedy in house delivery. Items purchaced as described and at a fair price for both buyer and seller. Staff are pleasant and i found them to be very helpfull. I would certainly recommend buying from Dawsons, a pleasant experience all round.

Complete professionalism
I have been delighted with the service from Dawson's from start to finish - including prompt valuation, sale at a very good price, processing of the transaction and dealing with a minor post-sale hitch. They have been entirely professional, transparent and amiable in all their dealings. I wish more businesses were run this way nowadays and will go back to them without hesitation when the occasion arises.

I have been banned from this auction…
I have been banned from this auction because of late payment. I have paid for the item but it was delayed due to contracting covid and being very unwell. I can understand that companies have their policies but in these unprecedented times, you would hope that a bit of discretion would come into play.
I have given it time to allow the week directors to respond to my call but they informed me they will phone back when. they contacted other directors! But it seems to me the STAFF RULE THE roost and the director cannot overrule them, They are very week
never did receive a call back as promised .
